I contacted Care Planner Support as I was unsure about Runs & Schedules and how to turn a run from weekly to fortnightly. with two care Workers doing a week each. I spoke to David Wroe. David was extremely helpful and talked me through the process for one of the calls and after his tuition I was able to change the remaining calls myself. I also learned a few short cuts when maneuvering around different pages within Care Planner. Great service as always.

Careplanner is the backbone of our Operational Capability. The support team are excellent; responsive, knowledgeable and polite. There are elements of the system that we would like to see developed further and all credit to Careplanner, they issue product improvement forms and take our feedback constructively.

We have been using CarePlanner for some time now; having tried many other solutions. Because this is fully in the cloud it gives us flexibility. Costings, features, support have all been excellent.
