United Kingdom | 03 December 2020I’m using this software a second month, and I’m very happy customer, this software change my life in terms of saving hours and working on the schedule, payments and timesheets. Training process was very easy and smooth as all team of care planner is very helpful Every time you need them. In my case Adam Wood , It’s really amazing person he have patience and can explain everything in a very easy way. I’m very small business but making the rota for the staff was very stressful every time. Now is taking me 15 minutes every week.

Being new to the system I’m still navigating my way around and every time I’ve had a query , Chris has helped explain this to me with great patience. United Kingdom | 27 November 2020My first experience was with Ken and his enthusiasm and knowledge for the system got us off to a great start. We are now working with Adam who has gone over and above, always sticks to our planned meetings and phone calls and is polite and friendly. He gets things done quickly too! In my 13 years of working in this industry I have never known of another company to offer to make things accessible for us, I usually have to ask and mostly the answers are no. However, after explaining to Adam that most of our staff are deaf he asked if I would like him to record the training and then he would subtitle it so it could be shared with staff. I am left amazed at his offer and kindness and really can't thank him enough for this. We are often left a bit behind but with Care Planner we certainly feel fully included! I really can't recommend Care Planner enough, and the support staff are lovely and we have a laugh (important!).

There’s a little learning curve as with everything but you’re assigned an account manager that helps along the way, step by step. We were assigned Adam and he has been brilliant, contacting us to make sure we are not having any difficulties with the system and also doing training with us. All in all care-planner has been a worthwhile investment for our company.

Due to our complex set up other systems have not worked for us however Care Planner have gone above and beyond our expectations and have been very flexible to ensure the system works for our requirements. Our Account Manager Adam W has been extremely helpful (and patient!) throughout the set up process - outstanding customer service, cannot fault at all!

Adam is a great trainer, very patient, professional and accommodative. He has complete knowledge of the system and knows what he talks about. No question is too big or small and he will rather apologise for something that you need to apologise for, and that makes you, the customer, feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.

However with the support of my account manager and members of the support team, I have grown over the last two years. No question is ever silly and the response time is great. I have a choice of sending tickets which is handy when I am in a rush and I call occasionally. There was a day that we were on the phone for over 2 hours just trying to teach me an element of Careplanner which we have now grown into. At first we started with just rostering however now we are doing so much more. Later this month we will be using Care Planner to invoice and the staff have been ever so supportive. I have no regrets signing up with Careplanner. The customer service is excellent as we get occasional phone calls just to check that everything is going on smoothly. The product is still evolving which is great so there is much more potential for the future. Thanks everyone for your support always. :)
