Great, I had my reservation number after 24h, perfect However, I remove a star, because they sent me an email to write a 5 star comment in exchange of a "free upgrade" : put me in main cabin instead of economy. But the trick is, the tickets are already in main cabin. In the instruction of the email, they ask you to mention a name of your "vendor" to keep track of the review. So basically, don't trust any comments wich have the mention "i was helped by ...", etc Those are comments wrote to expect a discount And as you can see those are the majority of the website it's a shame, because the rest of my experience was very good. I got a good price I recommend that once you receive the confirmation email, go to the airline's website to register your personal information and check the veracity of your ticket numbers

They promote low prices so you book your flights and then they sent you an email that your booking is confirmed which is so misleading !!! 24 hrs later, I am being told my rate is no longer available and they want me to pay double NOT FAIR! i am not booking through them again

I have been looking For flights for my vacation for 4 of us. I stumbled across this site And there rates were amazing. I proceeded to book all 4 tickets at a great rate and Received an email within a few minutes Stating they tried to call me in regards to my travel plans. I return their called that I've never received one from. And just so happened, the guy that sent the email answered the phone. He proceeded to tell me that my seats were no longer available. After I got a confirmation emand they had all my credit card information and personal information for all 4 of us traveling. My rates went from $311 per person. Round trip to $640 per person round trip. All along well I can book through the airline for $440. Per passenger. The guy proceeded to argue with me. And tell me that they are not scamming me. This is the unfortunate rate facthat is discounted to me as a one time courtesy. I told them if they charged my card. I would reflect this back to my local authorities. I also told them that this will all be put on Better Business Bureau and trust pilot. So here I am I would definitely never recommend this company to anybody. So now all my info is in the mideast and now I have to worry about the fraud that may come from this

I searched for many flights from Winnipeg to Nashville and all were around $1000. Then I came across $700 price and I didn't hesitate! Thank you Jack Lewis for also offering an upgrade. So far so good. Will look at buying my next ticket the following weekend with you again

Les prix affichés et payés ne sont en fait pas disponible. Il faut contacter le service client par chat ou tel, pour qu'il annonce que les offres ne sont pas à jour et qu'en fait, ils font la mise à jour manuellement. juste tellement trompeur pour le client... lorsque je les ai contacté, ils m'ont indiqué que le prix n'etait pas de $197, comme mis sur le site mais de $450...

Bait and switch. I booked a flight and the receipt said tickets needed to be confirmed with 24 hours. They called me early the next day to say that the rate I booked was no longer available and had changed to more than double! I asked what happened and I could not get a straight answer. After the called ended, I logged backed in and I still see the original rate I booked showing on their site. Don't trust them.
