Es FRAUDE. No tienen vergüenza! El número al que le ponen clave americana +1, es un Whats app de México!! Eso si, marcan desde las Vegas, me parece increíble que Skyscanner redireccione a una página que es EXTORSION bien documentada. Suben el precio, cobran, horas antes del vuelo cancelan. No somos los únicos los que escribimos, hay opiniones en inglés que dicen lo mismo y hasta video en TikTok! Deberían hacer algo las autoridades!

FlightChannel stole my time and money. If you value your time and money, choose a different provider. One day before my flight, I was informed by a FlightChannel representative that the airline (Aeroméxico) had canceled my reservation. However, I was never notified of this cancellation in advance. Upon contacting Aeroméxico directly, I learned that the reservation was canceled because FlightChannel never completed the payment for my ticket. This contradicted what the FlightChannel representative told me, who claimed Aeroméxico had charged part of the fare. This blatant misinformation left me stranded, with no flight, no refund, and no support from FlightChannel. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve received no satisfactory response. I strongly advise against booking through FlightChannel. If you value your time and money, choose a different provider.

Do not do business with this company. They are lying. The price shown on the website is not accurate and you have to call back to confirm and they increase the prices. Do not believe them!

This company is a scam. I bought plane tickets from them worth 4 thousand dollars and 24 hours before my flight i entered to check in and the plane company told me that they never completed the transaction with them so i had no tickets! They are, to this day, disappeared. They won’t answer the phone or emails.

FRAUD. I bought a ticket in November to fly in January, I wanted to purchase a seat today with the airline and the airline does not recognize the reservation code. Just called Flight Channel and they claim the airline canceled the reservation but I was never provided a reimbursement from Flight Channel. The trip is in a week, I don't have a valid airline reservation number and I have a charge from Flight Channel for +800 USD.

No me brindan opciones, y aun ni siquiera tengo la devolución del cobro. No me queda del todo claro si el problema es de Aeromexico o de la agencia. Pero entre ellos se culpan mutuamente. La aerolinea solo nos reporta un problema con ese registro, pues la compra parece tener datos incompletos o equivocados. De cualquier forma la atención al cliente es muy mala. No ofrecen ninguna solución y solo hablan que Aeromexico cancelo el vuelo.

Il ne faut pas acheter ici, c'est juste une arnaque, ils téléchargent l'itinéraire du vol et quand la date approche, l'itinéraire n'apparaît plus.

Went through the whole process. paid with my credit card. Went on to the airline site and got my seats for 4 people for 2 round trip flights. Then when I went back to the airline to check on something, I couldn't find my details. My booking had been cancelled! And the money kept by flights Channel.

Me cancelaron mi vuelo muy cerca de la fecha de salida sin opción alguna para resolver el problema y me comentan que la línea aerea me tiene que reponer el monto de lo pagado, se deslindan de toda responsabilidad, la linea aerea niega que ellos tengan que hacer el pago por que Flight Cannel lo tiene en estatus NOGO que yo no se que significa.

Cancelaron mi vuelo a 10 días de mi viaje, la atención al cliente es horrible, no me contestan por teléfono, nadie me da una solución y toda la inversión de ese viaje así como hoteles, tours etc, ya se fueron a la basura.

CANCELARON MI VUELO A UNA SEMANA DEL VIAJE. Es un verdadero conflicto contactar con ellos, me dan largas, la aerolínea AEROMEXICO me dice que ellos tienen el dinero, que si se realizó el pago, pero que debe de cancelarlo la agencia. ES UNA PESADILLA.

It’s an absolute scam website. They won’t book the ticket at the stated price. Their business model is to bait you in with a cheap price but then come back to you saying the tickets at that price are sold out so you have to pay more. Borderline extortion if you’re in a hurry. They didn’t provide any update for three days and only told me above when I called them. Their website say 24/7 support which is an another lie. Don’t waste your time trying to save $50-100 because you will end up paying more or at best wasting your time.

Same as everybody else - total scam site. I gave them my CC details and "booked" a flight but the booking code they gave me wasn't legitimate and the airline said they had no record of a ticket in my name. When I got a confirmation email from them it didn't actually confirm booking a flight, it just confirmed my "interest in booking" a flight and said that I'd get another email later to confirm the booking. It also said that the price was an estimate and that I'd be charged in USD even though I was booking a flight from Canada on a Canadian carrier. Luckily I called my Credit Card company right away and they were able to block any charges.

cancelaron mi vuelo y no me avisaron. La peor cosa que puedes hacer es comprar pasajes con ellos. Mejor ir a la fija directo con la aerolinea. NO ME LLAMARON, NO ENVIARON EMAIL. A mi se me ocurrio llamar 2 semanas antes del vuelo para verificar lo de las maletas y ahi fue cuando me dijeron que el vuelo habia sido cancelado. Mucho cuidado!!!! mucho cuidado!!!!

This website is a SCAM. They will hook you in with good prices, take your money then contact you days later saying you need to pay more as prices have gone up. This place is a Scam. DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. THEY ARE FAKE.

As many others, I have 0 experience with those crooks. I gave them chance two times and all the same result. They made me wait 45 hours and everyone from them saying different story and extending my waiting time non stop. At the end he offered me to wait 24 more hours and insulted me when I refused. Stay far from them.

Booking engine shows the lowest price among others but once you booked, you will end up adding more which is the same with others. It's a bait! Same reason given why price posted is not available any more. Disappointed , not happy with the obvious tricky system.

This travel agency is one of many bait and switch travel sites. Unethical business that no doubt convinces some people to pay the extra cost for the flight(s) they wanted, but that is an under-handed way of doing business. But honestly, who cares...no one reads these things anyway and the alure of a cheaper flight will suck in people still (it got me to waste my time)..Their positive reviews can't be real...

I have been schemed by Flights Channel! They sold me 2 tickets for usd 4k total and when I was at the airport 2 hours before departure the air company told they tickets did not exist and only a reservation was made and never paid by Flights Channel. I raised a complaint and had email response I would have my money back which I am one whole year into several emails and phone calls. They repeatedly say next month I will receive it. They also said they have tried multiple times revert to my credit card and the bank declined. Too bad for them I work at this bank and have written confirmation they never tried to rever the charge.Liars and schemers. Be aware!
