I bought 2 planes tickets with them with two different cards and after a few days, me and my boyfriend were frauded both !!! Will NEVER use there service again, we had to cancel our cerdit card both and asked for a refund, still waiting

NO!NO!NO! Do not use Flights channel!! Scammers! They booked and confirmed my flights. The next day after other fights were unavailable, flights channel called and said they couldn’t get my tickets!!! I ended up paying an extra $800 for flights on another site.

The service was really excellent and I recommend it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS! It was a huge mistake trusting their word they are going to honor the advertised price on their website since I am a first time customer. They lied. Our credit card was charged for more than what I was quoted for and when I called to complain they claimed that it was the airlines fault and promised to refund us in 10 business days for the difference. It’s been more than 2 months since and we haven’t received our money yet.

Yo no la recomiendo, esa empresa es una estafadora, Yo compré 4 boletos en Octubre 2023 y me los cancelaron sin darme una explicación, ya lleva 8 meses y aún no me han devuelto mi dinero, no entiendo como las Autoridades permiten esa clase de negocios que sigan operando y estafando a la gente, esta agencia no llega ni a una estrella, mucho cuidado piénselo mucho para comprar aquí, mientras compras te atienden bien, pero cuando tienen que pagar te cortan las llamadas, unámonos para desmantelar esa red de sínvergüenzas,

Bait and switch scammers. They do not have the flights at the price advertised. After booking and paying they pull your details from the airline, say your flight got cancelled and charge you more to rebook

La compagnie a annulé ma reservation 2 jours avant le depart, ca fait plus de 6 mois je n'ai pas encore recu le retourne d'argent dans mon compte, je dois payer les intérêts dans la carte de credit.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH FLIGHT CHANNEL!!! They screwed up my booking, weren't able to give me a refund, then offered me a Flight Credit with Delta through them for $741. When I go to book a $564 flight using the flight credit just now I'm advised that I'll be paying a difference of over $330+.... How on earth am I being asked to pay a $330+ difference after using the flight credit they issued me for $741 to cover flights that are selling through Delta for $564... It's a SCAM! Do Not fall for the scam! Book your own flights online — DO NOT USE FLIGHT CHANNEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY several hundreds of dollars over the market value of the cost of the flight you're booking.

Never book with Flights chanel! I booked 2 weeks ago, still don’t have my flights. They changed my flight route 3 times already and still didn’t send me my tickets. After they changed my flight for the first time I asked for refund which wasn’t possible so now I’m stuck with them and their services.

Booked a flight and was told it was confirmed, but then they sent nothing more. I called and they said it would be 2-3h. Nothing came. Called again and they claimed they tried to contact me on phone and email - clearly lies. They didn't have the fare - it was a bait and switch to get me to pay a higher fare.

ALERT! This is the horrible flight agency. PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK your flight with this. They're cheater and lier. They ask you at the beginning to leave a good comment for them, so they give you a good price. Then they change your flight and time to give you a cheaper flight without notify you. They are THE WORST flight agency. They don't answer the phone once your flight is booked and they changed it.

I bought 6 tickets in May 2023 for a trip in December 2023. Delta cancelled the flight. No one ever informed me. I realised it was cancelled in November because I could not see my flight on Delta's application. Called Flights Channel for a refund right away. They said I should get it in January 2024. Did not get it. As of today, still have not got my refund.

Excellent services, Non transparent, and no hassles. Remember when dealing with a flight you must stay in contact with your flight agency. It was easy for a first time ticket buyer, with zero knowledge on how to book a flight. Ticket was issued IMMEDIATELY after a verified credit purchase, so no issue there. They give you a booking number that matches the Airline, and you can see for yourself personally that this agency did not miss anything.
