Was suffering from wrist pain, the 30X 12deg solved that! I know your never supposed to change parts before a race but I knew I needed to do something so I swapped out bars/stem before the Chequamegon 40. While the race ended up being a mud fest my wrists did not hurt at all after 40mi of MTB. Definitely would recommend these bars, my only issue is that I also needed to swap stems. I've read the reasoning behind not moving to the newer 35mm diameter bar size but given the industry has moved on it would be nice to have a 35mm option as well.

I have been through at least 10 different seats over the past 3 years. FINALLY, I found the 610 M-D and it relieved all my pain, esp. in the perineal area that has plagued me for years even with the highest end bib shorts like Pearl Izumi's Pro Bib Short. The design is innovative and quite frankly just makes sense once you think about it. I also think their customer service is AAAA+++++. They actually responded to my questions quickly, were extremely professional and VERY informative and I just had a great customer experience all around. They have great products for any riding style.

I really like these bar inners. My intention was to put them inside of the controls to really get my arms out of the wind when on the road riding to the trails. But when I tried them between the grips and controls the feel and fit was just too magical. It’s sooo nice to have a completely different hand position that still offers good brake reach. And they look really cool! Getting another pair for my fat bike.

I ordered a saddle off of your website but it was out of stock. To compensate, I was offered 20% off on any other instock saddle. Luckily, you had another saddle in my size in stock. After four other saddles, I think this is "the one" for me. Thanks!

It’s a bit better than my other saddle, but that’s it. I would not recommend this saddle to anyone, especially I am Canadian and paid 300.00 with the exchange and all the shipping, duty fees.

I bought handle grip leather le shifter(large). it took so long to know if wether it was shipped or not shipped. It was upsetting, 3 weeks passed. Still nothing. if I never called I would of still waited. I kept calling an calling an nothing. No answer. I left a voicemail it took about week half to respond back. Got my money back. If you don't have the item in stock then remove it from the website.

I had a bit of trouble with shipping, but customer service staff were terrific! They were able to track it down and get it to me just before I flew overseas. The product itself is also amazing, went for a 60mile mtb ride with the innerbarends yesterday and loved them on the faster gravel roads and still feel very in control. Thanks!!!

Very simple process to order and have it delivered. Ordered it online and within a few days I had it delivered at home. I tried it on right away, and it felt better than my previous saddle (Fizik Arione). I've only used it a few hours, and I'm not sure I'm completely satisfied with its comfort.

Per the SQlabs hand sizing chart my hand fell in the middle of large. Ordered a large 710 and tried to make it work but could not. Exchanged for a medium 710 which is much better. This a quirky grip due to its various shape changes. Takes some time and patience to find the most comfortable position. Outside part feels great. Inside portion is harder to get right. I have some arthritic thumbs which make getting extremely comfortable grips absolutely critical.

I ordered the SQlab 611 Ergowave Active for my gravel bike and have been using it almost a week. This is my third SQlab saddle - two others are on my mountain bikes. For me, the fit has been spot-on and addressed issues I have had with previous saddles by other manufacturers. I don't struggle to find the "sweet spot", nor am I constantly shifting around on the saddle, trying to get comfortable. I'm a very happy customer!

This was a crash replacement purchase. I broke my saddle in a crash and SQLab provided 50% off a replacement purchase. The 611 ergowave carbon is a really nice and light saddle. I was really happy to be able to get a big discount on the replacement. Great product, great service-- will be buying SQLab again.

It was fine, but a little heavy and it did not feel better than my Specialized Mirror. Therefore, I went back to my mirror and threw the SQ Lab one on the garage 😔

After I place my order I had 2 problems: 1. Order tracking information was not sent to me after I placed my order until I contacted support and they manually sent it to me. 2. My apartment number was left off of the UPS shipping label even though it was on the order confirmation. This meant UPS couldn't deliver the package and I had to contact them to pick up my saddle. Customer support was helpful in the first case and claimed they were having website problems. The second problem I had to solve on my own as support didn't respond in time to redirect the package.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from everyone at SQ Labs. 10 out of 10 for thoroughness, timeliness and accuracy.
