Matthew and Colin did an excellent job, especially as the items were very very heavy, they were polite, courteous and gave us helpful advice on the discarding of our old mattress.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025We ordered a wooden table in October 2024, and it finally arrived in early February 2025. The order included delivery and installation. However, the installation experience was terrible. The installers seemed unfamiliar with the assembly process and deviated from the manual. As a result, they couldn’t fit the table together properly—the legs are wobbly and not fully screwed in. It’s unclear whether this was due to a manufacturing defect or improper installation. Additionally, the table arrived with multiple scratches and chipped, which is completely unacceptable given the price point. We contacted customer service, and they offered to exchange it for a new one. However, we would have to wait another 1.5 months and continue using the defective table in the meantime. I also asked if they would provide any compensation alongside the exchange. Their response was that they would consider it only after the exchange was completed. This doesn’t make sense—if they don’t inform me of the compensation before I accept the exchange, how can I make an informed decision? Under this circumstance, I am thinking refund might be the best choice.
