We've had our furniture delivered by the loveliest people: Adam and Adrian. They came to deliver our furniture despite a mix-up in the address and went the extra mile to drive across London to ensure that we got our delivery. They were extremely polite and friendly when moving the furniture and I can't recommend them enough!

Jon and Stephen C made an excellent delivery and construction of our two wardrobes this morning. They were delivered to our upstairs bedroom and placed where we wanted them. Top and bottom joined together. Good job guys. Just love Barker and Stonehouse for quality furniture and fantastic delivery people!

We have just bought a sofa from Barker and Stonehouse New Metro store. Firstly, Phil was so helpful on the phone beforehand and talked us through each stage. He answered every question we had, and his service contributed to the reason why we chose B&S in the end. When we arrived in store, Tracy was superb and couldn’t have been more helpful. She again took us through everything we needed to know and was so friendly and patient whilst we chose the right one. A difficult decision of choosing a sofa made a less stressful experience because of Phil and Tracy! Thank you both

Excellent delivery service and communication from purchase. I was able to choose a delivery date which was confirmed by text and email. Approaching the delivery date, I received a 2-hour delivery window and the delivery drivers contacted me 30 mins prior to arrival. Thomas and Kevin delivered our new sofa bed. They were kind, friendly and courteous, immediately taking shoes off and placing the sofa in an upstairs bedroom. I was offered set up at this point also, but declined and opted to do this myself. Couldn’t ask for a better service and I’m incredibly happy with the product quality.

My new sofa arrived and was delivered by Michael H and Tony B. They took great care getting my sofa in and putting it together with some great advice for the care of it. I love Barker and Stonehouse furniture as it’s well made and is built to last. Always great service in store too.

Purchased 2 sofas in April 2024 approx 21 week wait. No issues with that sofas arrived damaged had to re order another 21 weeks wait and then when they arrive they are the wrong sofa. Promised a call from customer service by end of delivery day. Didn’t happen. Now 5 days on and still no update on what is going to happen . Been promised a call from a manager that hasn’t happend yet. Not what I expected from a company with such a good reputation Will be nearly a year on and still haven’t got the sofas we wanted

Paul S and Terry delivered our sofa, footstool, dining chairs and arm chair today and were brilliant. We are upstairs with a tricky hallway to navigate and they took time and care to make sure everything made it into the building safely. They were very friendly and left everything neat and tidy. The items themselves are also great quality and look beautiful.

Fantastic delivery today by Peter and Lee from blaydon. Live in a townhouse so upstairs living room, but this wasn't a problem. They were friendly and professional.
