I have been trying since November 2024 to get a particular cushion (and matching throw) online and in-store. My order came 2 weeks ago after waiting 2 weeks for delivery but the cushion was missing. I’ve had numerous telephone conversations with customer service but getting absolutely nowhere - communication has been dreadful at best! I’m actually from Newcastle but our new store in Gateshead have been useless in helping me locate my choice of cushion. I took it upon myself to contact the Hull store as they actually had the cushion in store. I spoke to the most helpful member of staff, Dawn Hall, who located the cushion, took payment over the phone and arranged to have it sent to Gateshead store for collection. Just like that - so easy! I couldn’t be happier with the help and service I received from Dawn. If only all B&S staff were like her!!

We ordered the Khuno dining table, the experience was very smooth and on the day of delivery Paul C and Paul S did a stellar job. They were very polite and professional and they assembled the table quickly with no mess.

Luke and Ady delivered our two sofas with care. They navigated a long, steep driveway, and tight doorways to ensure that our sofas were put safely in place.

The two delivery guys were a credit to your company, Ste Windsor and Chris Dunnett. Rang me to advise on way, bed was assembled in 30 minutes, explained how to open/close it and also the safety feature, all packaging removed. Well done lads
