It’s fair to say our experience with B and S has been mixed. The staff at the shop near IKEA, Nottingham were great, but the first sofa had problems with the faux leather not bonding properly, and also with the foam. Replacement covers were taking forever, so in the end we went for a complete replacement sofa, which was delivered today. It’s fantastic. The delivery team Ady and Luke were helpful, friendly and courteous.

We found that Barker and Stonehouse staff are always very helpful and in particular we found on our recent purchases that Fatma Webb went the extra mile to accommodate our specific requests.

Huge thanks to Paul S and Paul C for not only delivering my new sofa on time but also for all their hard work getting the sofa down the narrow stairs and fixing the whole thing together.

Alan and Wojciech did a superb job delivering our sofa. They kept us informed of when the delivery would be, within the time limits of the local parking restrictions. They brought the sofa upstairs attached the feet and took away all the packaging and gave me a hand downstairs with the old one. They were friendly helpful and considerate and I recommend them

Both delivery guys were great attached both pieces of furniture and furniture feet with minimal fuss and also removed plastic feet fittings and replaced with felt pads due to the wooden floor in the room.

Very polite, arrived in the advised time and called to say they were 15 mins away. Took their shoes off upon entering the house and took care to manoeuvre the mattress into place. Great team work with a very heavy mattress! Thank you Alan and Richard ☺️
