Colin R and Tony B from Middlesbrough delivered my lounge suite and coffee table yesterday. They updated me as to their time of arrival in Lancashire and were very courteous and approachable. The furniture was treated with great care and advice was given as to the treatment of the wooden frames and glass tops. All packaging was careful removed and taken away. The whole process of purchasing furniture with Barker and Stonehouse in the Fenwicks store was supportive, painless and efficient, despite changing part of our order on returning home and realising it would be too tight a fit. Thanks to Pam H for all her patience. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the Barker and Stonehouse team.

Paul. C and Adam were very efficient with the delivery and setup of our new bed. They also provided valuable information about how we could reinforce the wooden slats if we needed. The did a clean job and left the area very tidy.

Amazing delivery service from Adam and Paul. Incredibly professional, friendly and efficient at delivering and building my new dining room table and chairs. Not a single complaint from either at having to walk up 6 flights of stairs due to no lift (maybe because they were out of breath 😂). Just a pleasure to deal with all round. Thank you both.
