Everyone was helpful in store and delivery was prompt and well organised. Peter & Simon who delivered the furniture were polite and efficient. Furniture was as expected and we are delighted with our purchases.

Just had a delivery from Marty and Ish. Turned up in the allotted window and communicated well. Very polite and helpful. Unboxed everything and took away all the packaging. Great stuff and unusual to say that these days!!!

Paul Y & Jake were brilliant at delivering, thank you for being so quick, friendly and efficient! The customer service via email on the other hand is terrible and I’d recommend just walking into store to actually get a proper answer off someone instead of waiting months and months for help.

I acknowledge good over poor. The delivery crew of Peter and Lee brought our new three piece suite and they were exemplary. Their manner was friendly and their undertaking of delivery was open, inspiring to watch and done expertly well. Definitely a 10/10.

I ordered a little folks bed through Barker and Stonehouse. I waited four months for delivery. The bed frame arrived with multiple areas of damage and was significantly below the standard I would expect for a Barker and Stonehouse and affiliated product. There were multiple areas of chipped paint and a 5p size dent on one of the legs. The desk design is not fit for purpose as a study desk. The fixings of the shelves and legs leave dips in the desk surface meaning you can reliably sit and write at the desk. I purchased the high bed mattress that comes with the bed it actually measures 16-17cm in depth and I felt the few centimetres of guard rail left is not high enough to maintain my daughter’s safety in the bed. When I raised my concerns I was copied into correspondence from the supplier reassuring me I was wrong rather than direct communication from the Barker and Stonehouse team. They did arrange to collect the mattress and sent out some paint to repair the damage but the level of service left me feeling disappointed with my purchase.

Just received our new recliner chair and stool. The delivery slot was confirmed the day before and I got a phone call to say they were running early and to ask if it was convenient. The two Paul’s who delivered to us were professional, friendly and careful. A very positive experience.

Thomas & Kevin were very professional. Good communication prior to delivery, arrived on time, and were careful bringing the furniture into my home. They quickly assembled the furniture and took away all the packaging. Excellent, thanks. As for the furniture - love it! High quality, really well made. Looks great in-situ.
