United Kingdom | 16 September 2022I got my Super 73 ZX almost a year ago, and I love it as much now as I did when I first got it! I commute to work and back every day of the week, and it makes the journey time significantly shorter and easier than a normal bike, and so much more fun and comfortable. Would recommend these bikes to everyone, LOVE THEM! I have always found the support staff to be kind, helpful and prompt in there communications on the rare occasion I have had to contact them. The only improvement I can think of on the bike as a whole, would be a pannier mount fitting of some sort.

Poland | 16 September 2022The bike itself is much better than I expected. I've done hundreds of kilometers so far. The Amsterdam staff was helpful and fast to respond. One thing I would improve is packaging. The box came destroyed, with scratches on the kickstand. Fortunately no big damage. The box is too thin, and has no protection from the bottom.

Netherlands | 16 September 2022Ik ben redelijk tevreden met m’n fiets. Alleen ik heb constant last van opspattend water van het voorwiel in m’n gezicht, als ik bijvoorbeeld op werk aankom heb ik modder in m’n gezicht, dit neemt wel grotendeels de efficiëntie en het rijplezier weg.

Sweden | 10 September 2022It took way longer to get the bike. The website said 1 week until the bike shipped in reality it was way longer. That’s not what the problem are, I didn’t like that I had to search up the customer service when the bike had delays. I want more proactive customer service when stuff gets delayed.

Netherlands | 15 August 2022Duurt enorm lang voordat je bestelling binnen is. Contact met klant is er nauwelijks alleen als er gevraagd wordt vanaf klant zijn kant wordt hierop geantwoord. Kan maar 1 ding per keer bestellen terwijl er bijvoorbeeld meerdere onderdelen gevraagd worden….

Netherlands | 15 August 2022Bike is great, but certain gears don't function well. Might be because it needs to be adjusted - but that should have been right from the start. Now want to book an appointment and heard it can take two weeks before your bike gets fixed.

I email the costumerservice but no one replay.... I fully paid the bike and even an email nothing... This company should be demolish coz no one is working properly.... Let my money back if u dont care about costumers....

Romania | 28 July 2022I bought an S2. The 1st problem is that it came without the battery key. The 2nd problem is that two weeks in and my hub makes cracking noises whenever I ride the bike. The 3rd problem is that I sent an email with these issues, and things are moving very slowly. I still did not receive the key (after some email exchanges). I still didn't hear back about the hub. So yeah - kind of a bad experience overall. The service should be waaaay better - especially if for the price you ask.

They took a while to reply but when they did they were very helpful. I placed the order and within ten days my GRZLY tires arrived via ups. I would definitely order again but I would reccomended checking with them to see if they are encountering any shipping delays etc.
