Magalie did a very good job but I had to fixed the bike myself or find a place to fixed it on my own !!! For the price of the bike and because it still under warranty, I expected more from super73 Best regards

Bad experience

Supper cool design, but EXTREMELY bad service.... My display was broke from the beginning. New display sent to us, still dosn´t work. really poor service getting our bike fixed. 3 weekes since we got the bike and it hasn´t run a mile som far !!!!!!!!

My super 73 is just fantastic, I love riding on it. However, few points: 1. 2 screws just disappeared from the seat front after only 2 weeks! Hopefully i realized and could find some compatible ones. 2. Brakes are soooo weak. Please put hydraulic ones. 3. Price range is pretty high based on the fact that not so many accessories come by default. I had to add more than 500€ for various accessories (ORE, basket, blinkers…)

Je ne peux savoir si c'est la faute à pas de chance vis à vis de la route où que je sois tombé sur un mauvais modèle mais après avoir commandé une nouvelle chambre a air et un nouveau pneu parce que j'avais crevé pour la première fois après plus de 4000km sans aucune crevaison, j'en fais à peine 29km avec les nouveaux reçu et je crève... Peut-être que c'est juste la malchance.

le produit est super , le tout tiens bien les promesses et c est très robuste , je n ai pas mis 5 étoiles simplement qu il est regrettable de ne pouvoir acheter un simple chargeur séparément ou une batterie , c est introuvable dommage

Hello, the engine might be interesting if super73 would publish the data sheet. which is an absolute disgrace. Why isn't this released at this high price? they must be afraid of espionage. apparently they haven't ridden with the competition yet. The company is absolutely uncooperative, that starts with the wrong rim sizes, which have not been changed to this day in the data sheet and on the homepage. How embarrassing. Every bicycle manufacturer shows in detail which company he works with, you can get all the key data you need within a few minutes. At super73 there are two points about the engine and that's it and those are the least important of all. And when you scan the qr code, you want to return the bike immediately... mega rip-off! Transparency is the be-all and end-all when it comes to technical things. Imagine you are buying a car and are not allowed to find out what kind of engine is installed... The main thing is to swing the advertising drum nicely.... So anyone who asks me what I think of my RX, I advise against buying it. Sur Ron is worlds better and costs just as much and you have an insight you can find out exactly what and by whom it is installed. I was so stupid too and immediately jumped on the moped bike hype. I bought the stool in 2020 and absolutely regretted it.

Prachtige showroom, echte specialisten en een supergoede service! Dit was echt een mega-ervaring. Ik heb zelf de RX-Mojave mogen ophalen en hij was helemaal in tip-top conditie! - je kunt hier overigens ook langs voor een checkup van je Super73 Ebike --- plus ze verkopen hier ook wel handige accessoires. Wat ik aanraad is om gebruik te maken van hun proef-rit mogelijkheid -- zo kun je er precies achterkomen welke e-bike het beste bij je past. Dit hielp mij in iedergeval echt enorm - het verschil tussen een S2 en een RX is toch wel merkbaar ;) Vriendelijke service en ook professioneel ingesteld. Ben er heel blij en nogmaals bedankt voor de goede service!

Lang gewacht tot de spatbordenset voor mijn Super73 ZG weer op voorraad was. Toen deze weer op voorraad was heb ik deze meteen besteld bij Super73. Helaas is er toen wat mis gegaan bij de bezorger en is mijn bestelling kwijtgeraakt. Contact gezocht met Natalie van Super73 heeft mij goed geholpen! Het probleem kon helaas niet meteen verholpen worden omdat de spatborden weer niet op voorraad waren, maar door haar positieve insteek heb ik dit niet als vervelend ervaren. Bedankt Natalie!

Je n’ais pas apprécié les stocks erronés à la commande, et la première fois, les mensonges sur les délais trop optimistes qui m’ont amené à rompre la commande. En revanche j’ai apprécié la compréhension et le suivi d’un des membre du service commercial. Le problème est résolu mais je ne conseille pas néanmoins ce revendeur même si le matériel est top, mais ça je le savais déjà.

2021 ZX is complete junk from the start. They replaced battery one time and now they're replacing the complete bike with a new one because it had a "thermal event" which could lead to property damage or injury. Bike had under 100 miles on it and is total garbage. New bike will be going up for sale so I can get some of my money back and move on to something more reliable. One of their employees is clueless with customer satisfaction. Update 8/26 The new warranry replacement ZX they sent didn't work out of the box. Same useless employee was still of no help and just a huge waste of time to deal with. A guy on the tech line helped out though. Update 9/17 Super73 flagged my previous review because they apparently can't handle the truth about who they employ. 🤡 Update 9/19 Super73 flagged me again for calling out one of their employees by first name. They should focus their efforts on quality control and fire the clowns they have working for them instead of trolling the truthful negative reviews paying customers write about them...

Heel blij zijn we met onze Super 73 fietsen! We zijn goed geholpen en alles ging heel soepel. Ook de feedback van de klantenservice is top!

Absolutely love my new Super73 RX. I purchased it from Ride+Glide in Worthing, who very helpfully assembled it for me. I'm retired, so don't need to ride it to work in the rain. This machine is very comfortable to ride, and suits me down to a "T".
