Malta | 25 June 2022The bike is nice, but sadly you can see they cut corners on that one. The lights are not fixed, battery does not hold long, battery display is faulty after two months of using the bike. Good price, but quality is not the best.

The bicycle came out of the packaging with the damaged paint at one point. 3.the bike was recommended for a height of 1.80 and I'm only 1.72 tall and I can ride it uncomfortable, how could you solve this? 4. What does the red light always flash on the controller?

I usually prefer home delivery, but Super73 either delivers the whole packed kit to you, where you setup your bike or requires you to collect the assembled bike from their store in Duivendrecht. Getting to their store in was a major pain as my wife was driving me there on a weekend eve when traffic congestion, espe ially on that day was rated the worst of its kind, in the Netherlands! It was 1 hour 30 mins each way, guys. Was really not cool and I wish Super73 considers delivering assembled bikes over to the buyer instead of these limited delivery options! The five stars are purely for the ease of getting through with customercare, which was beautiful! They sit at the store, so if you have a question about your bike, they literally go take a peek and get back to you with an accurate update. They're friendly, problem solving and super easy to reach through. Next, we had a fantastic dude who patiently explained to me the ins and outs of my bike, gifted me some cool pins and also helped loading my bike in our car. Now, if only I remembered his name! The store's got a cool vibe. Nice and chilled out. Nice music playing, pretty cool place! Super73, please fix this limited delivery options problem, guys. Like, come on! -_-

Them thay tald sorry that will ba ship next week. After that week the bike was not ship and I don’t have any idea when will be ship because they don give me any day. It’s incredible how a company that want to sell this kind of bikes, really don’t care about the customer. Already one month and info whend i the bike will be ship

I was told that there was a miscommunication. 1 week after my purchase, I was notified that the bike is ready for shipment and I should expect the tracking number soon. But for several days I did not receive anything. I was told that maybe there was an issue with the system, but believe that the product is on it’s way. Only to find out that it’s bit been shipped or picked up. It was really disappointing as I was anticipating the bike to arrive in 2-3 weeks after my purchase. Was looking if I will be given some compensation for the delay as it was not the service I was expecting.

United Kingdom | 03 June 2022I ordered a Super 73 on May 21 2022. It stated on the website that it will be distributed within a week. it's now June 3rd 2022 and I have received nothing. I've emailed and phoned and tweeted Super 73, every time I get through I get fobbed off that they are speaking to Logistics. Terrible service. They have taken my money and I have had nothing. They do not reply and just fob you off. Really disappointed. I'm a YouTuber and will be making a vlog of how bad the whole experience is if they do not send my bike. WHERE IS MY BIKE???? You have had my money!! Don't say dispatched in 7 days if you can not deliver on your promise.

Netherlands | 30 May 2022After purchasing super73, my boyfriend wanted one too. We checked on the website and there was a bike available to be delivered within one week. This was mid April. I called the customer service and double-checked if they can truly deliver it within one week, because we’ve had some events planned in May and we needed an electric bike for this. We doubted between two bikes but since this was was supposed to be available within one week, we went and ordered S2. The bike is still not here and Super73 is unable to tell us when we can expect it…maybe in June but maybe not.

Netherlands | 25 May 2022Het is en blijft een gaaf ding die super 73 ZX, maar ik ben zwaar teleurgesteld. De ZX is verkrijgbaar in een aantal kleurstellingen. Althans zo wordt het gepromoot. Ik heb gekozen voor de kleur moon rock, met name vanwege de stoere banden met rood detail, de rode wheel liners. Niet alleen kreeg ik de fiets met saaie zwarte liners. Ook de banden zoals die op alle foto’s afgebeeld zijn komen niet overeen. De geleverde banden zijn het trooper model welk alleen expliciet benoemd wordt geleverd te worden bij het storm grey model. Dit alles gemeld bij dealer Moevs. De rode wheel liners is blijkbaar iets waarin Super 73 zich de vrijheid neemt. Mij wordt gezegd dat zij dan eens een rode batch meeleveren, dan eens een witte en dan eens een zwarte.. Nou mooi is dat. Koop je een fiets van bijna €3000,- en dan moet je maar afwachten welke kleur je krijgt?! Als klap op de vuurpijl is er een verkeerde oplader bij geleverd. Een 1 pins oplader. Dealer neemt contact op met Super 73 wat er fout is gegaan. Tot op heden staat hij dus onder een doek te wachten op zijn maiden trip.

The RX cargo rack was published with 25kg max cargo, but in the installation doc there are only 5kg allowed. A really good company would have refund immediately and let me the cargo rack as a gift / as a reward for giving you the information for free...
