The worst customer service in the Netherlands. Not even able to deliver a new rear fender, because the original on the old S2 is to short.

I had an issue with my Super73 S2. Reached out to customer support and they were incredibly helpful. My customer support agent was Angie and she was a delight to deal with. Very fast communication, had creative solutions when issues came up and went above and beyond to help. I could not give Angie higher praise.

High quality, speed delivery. After 1 month of use no issues, all works great. Had a few initial issues registering it, but the support team was excellent in resolving the problem (that was on their side).

Vraiment bien, rien a redire, peu de communications, mais assez pour que tout soit compris, article bien livré et en bonne état.

Great looking bike. And that's where it stops. Defective materials, defective battery and the worst customer service ever, ever experienced: this company is a total joke. Battery shuts down radomly and when you turn it in at EU HQ you'll be without any alternative other then staring at your lifeless bike for at least 3 weeks. Worst thing: Super73 doesn't care a rat's ass because they've sold another piece of junk. Save your money on quality stuff other than Super73.

Got my rx in 9 days. Had a problem with the horn, replacement part shipped inside a week. 10/10

What a bike: - top notch aesthetics - brilliant performance - etc. What a company: - still waiting for ordered stuff (cover) 6 mnths now - battery is not working properly: is being investigated now...for over 3 weeks now. Super73 cant give me an update, doesn't want me to call (contact should be via Urban eBikes b/o lease). Urban eBikes cant get hold of their account manager at Super73, won't return their calls, etc. This is really one of the worst customer service I have experienced. Ever.

Replacing the rims was a total joke at HQ Amsterdam Just a re tensioning of the spokes repair that took over a month and the problem with eggshaped rims is recurring again. Its unsafe! Not build for quality nor build to last. Highly dissatisfied.

Only one of the 2 bikes working 😩 Update working now, good customer service. Bit slow to deliver parts but same with everything at the moment.

Net nieuw uit de doos in 2 weken al 3x kapot . Banden te hard opgepompt, dan weer stukje glas erin ( met gewone fiets nog niet een keer gebeurd ) . Hele lieve klantenservice moet nieuws melden deze fiets niet tegen de regen kan . Dat t inderdaad kan kloppen dat de spaken kapot kunnen gaan zodat t wiel indeukt . Het wordt een uitdaging om op deze fiets te fietsen zonder dat hij stuk gaat of jijzelf omdat je verwacht dat je door deze dikkere banden niet zomaar onderuit gaat op een paar natte herfstblaadjes . De service is goed en zeer klantvriendelijk , dat verzacht de pijn een beetje .
