United Kingdom | 11 May 2022I received the bicycle without the battery after 1 month and after letting the team know i had no battery they started questioning me asking for multiple proof (which I sent). After am internal investigation where they found out logistics had sent the bike without a battery (took 1 week) I have been waiting another 3 full weeks (total 9weeks) and I still have no battery and a bike I cannot use. I would have expected more urgency given you pay 400GBP of delivery but nothing. Throughout the process the level of communication of the customer service was poor, slow and fragmented (multiple phone calls and +20 emails). Overall, the experience as a new customer has been quite disappointing, considering i paid 4k for the bike. Watch this space! UPDATE: I finally received the battery! After ~4 weeks of extra waiting it arrived. It took almost 2 months in total buy now I'm off to enjoy the bike!

United Kingdom | 02 May 2022I ordered an S2 which was “in stock” on 30/3/2022 and have still not received the complete bike. They managed unbelievably to send out the electric bike without a battery! Since then I’ve had to wait for an internal investigation to be requested , approved ,actioned and acted upon the result of which was “the bike left the warehouse without its battery” This took 5 days to establish. You’d think there would be a sense of urgency to get me a battery after paying a staggering €400 in delivery charges but no ! The “customer services” agent Carina said she would check with logistics on a daily basis to see if anybody there has sent the illusive battery. You’d think the battery would’ve been sent the minute it had been recaptured or one sent from another bike as soon as it was reported, but no. So here I am 33 days after ordering my S2 and still no sign of the battery. Not even the promised shipping notification or tracking number . Watch this space ! UPDATE! Another 10 days has gone by and….I still DONT have the battery! Although according to the tracking site “Shop”it has crossed the Channel 3 times already. I think quite rightly I’ve asked for €400 delivery charges to be refunded as it’s now almost 4 weeks since the bike minus its battery left the warehouse on its epic trip from Rotterdam to Hove UK ( just over 500km) and it’s still not useable. I await the verdict …and the battery ! Update: May 5th was its delivery date (the battery) and was “on track” until delivery company TNT had problems with..just about everything. Despite the fact it was sitting 30 miles away having cleared customs they added an impressive 6 days to the delivery and only then with the intervention of Super73 manager Will, who is charm personified. So from having not a clue one evening , TNT delivered the battery the next morning. After 7 weeks from ordering I have finally got what I wanted, a great fun bike( it really is )and delivery charges refunded by Super73. EU. End result: Great product, Getting it : stressful . Lessons to be learnt ..most definitely.

Netherlands | 11 April 2022Don't go for Warranty if you order your bike here. Bought my bike in august 2021 and in 03-2022 the bikechain broke. Never seen a strong bike chain break ever in my life and thought this can't be an user mistake. I spoke with a kind person named Ozan who answered me friendly and redirected me to the warranty page with the kind answer it's not a warranty item. I checked the page but couldn't find the answer. I kindly asked where exactly on the warranty page I could find the specific part that is related to my problem, but closing the call was his solution. Great bike, but poor support if something breaks. Or atleast give a proper answer why somthing is not under warranty. *update* I got a better answer by e-mail although a bike chain that breaks on less than 500 km isn’t a improper usage problem. The quality of the parts is poor keep that in mind. A local bike store wasn’t agreeing on the answer a recommended a better quality bike chain. Problem solved by a local bike dealer.

Le SAV me rappelle les délais standards mais n'est pas en mesure de me dire quand arrivera mon vélo. réponse à votre message du 08/04 : je n'ai pas de problème de Spam. Répondez juste à la question : où est mon vélo et quand sera t-il livré ? A suivre... Actualisation du 11/04 : le vélo est arrivé. Produit Top. première balade nickel. le souci vient donc dans mon cas d'une absence de suivi de livraison (d'où les 2 étoiles en moins).

Spain | 05 April 2022We have TWO of these bikes! And we have been so disappointed in the customer service. One of the bikes has NEVER worked without problems. They do not reply promptly. They send out replacement parts which are defective. The main one is the computer part which needed replacement after their update. They sent a defective one. And the place we found to install it never wants to work on the bike again. Too complicated and tone consuming. This should be a red flag to anyone wanting to buy this bike. They do not offer assistance after the sale for a warranteed bike. We are seeking legal assistance. Please leave a comment if you have been through the same situation. Maybe we can help each other through this ordeal. This is so sad because the bike is truly awesome. The concept and design are brilliant. But the execution is a FAIL!
