Impossible de passer de une commande car ma carte bancaire MasterCardet est refusé sans raison (solde et plafond 2 fois supérieur au montant de la commande, avec paiement en ligne et internationale), ma banque n'explique pas ce refus de la part du vendeur. Aucune autres solution n'est proposée par le vendeur, comme un virement bancaire par exemple. Je n'ose pas imaginer le SAV !

The bike is awesome, but it was send out in a different color then I ordered.

Nothing bad to say for now after a few weeks of having the bike. Very happy with it! Ordering went smooth. Delivery was a little bit postponed but I got the necessary feedback about that when asked for it. Assembly of the bike was also easy, but for some part (like the headlight and reflectors) it wasn't very clear where to attach them. Contacted the help desk several times and always got a very fast response and was helped very quickly. Even their (Android) app works pretty good and the connection with the bike too. I only do not recommend updating the firmware to the current one at the moment because this gives a (harmless) error message when starting up. I asked them to fix this is a next update (let's hope they do).

I’ve bought 3 things, the ZX eu model, tyres and the off road kit. Tyres and off road kit come come swift and promptly. The ZX arrived in about 3 weeks. The ZX is an awesome looking bike, better in person than on photos. The issue is the PAS system doesn’t work properly. I’ve had the bike 3 weeks and still no fix, each email between them can’t take up to 4 days for each reply.I’m sure they will solve my problem it’s just taking longer than I anticipated. Would I buy another one. YES.

Delayed shipping by months without any communication. Sales support is useless as they can’t arrange anything. Customer has to keep calling and emailing multiple times before getting a resolution. Bike finally arrived and it was heavily damaged so I had to go through more hassle to get the bike replaced. I still needed to redo the breaks because they weren’t done properly. Not recommended.

Is a fantastic product and nice price

I recently bought a Super73 S2. Firstly I absolutely love the bike, have it just over 2 weeks now and I get excited every time I have to go somewhere, as I get to take it for a ride! Secondly and the thing that stood out the most about this company was the customer service. I reached to understand the delivery time frame and spoke to Valentine. Not only did she answer all my questions but she noticed I had ordered from Switzerland and should have ordered tax free. Valentine helped me process a new order, cancel my previous order and get the bike dispatched in super quick time. This ended up saving me money overall and only slowed down me receiving my bike by a few days, well worth the wait. Great product, great service, great company.

Great product perfect customer service from order up to delivery!!! I ordered on the 73 Europe site. The bike and all accessories came in the same day, two weeks from the order. Estimated delivery time was 2 to 3 weeks. Great thanks to customer service which kept the mood up while I was eagerly Waiting for the delivery. Keep it up!
