Awesome bike, The worst existing customer service. I got a defective battery & that's more than 1month & a half that they got it for a "repair". Since 2 weeks they said "we will send it immediatly"... Since then, whenever i sent an email, i get no more answer. That's how they works. If you want to use this bike as a daily bike,avoid it, you'll regret it.

Na een-tweetje of drie in bezit te zijn van me Super73 S2 een piep uit de trapas. Heel irritant geluid, langsgereden bij ze en meteen geholpen door Carlos en Daniël. Uurtje wachten en kop koffie en nu weer lekker rijden, nul kosten dus top service.

Fiets 3 maanden kwijt, zou gerepareerd worden. Nog steeds hetzelfde probleem na 1 jaar. Krijg geen reactie op mails. Zeer teleurgesteld

Fantastic Great customer service

First of all, the bike is really amazing. The first sensation while being on it was just a huge "wow". Great sensations guaranteed. In addition to that, the customer team did a great job and is customer oriented. We had a discussion about some changes that needed to be made on my bill and my problem was solved rather quickly. I appreciated the mindset. I recommend Super 73 to any people wanting to buy an amazing electric bike from a very trustworthy company.

Under warranty I was quickly supplied with a new rear light, fantastic customer service and speedy delivery!

My son is using the Super73 and i (of course) test drove it several times. What a fun to use! Accelerates nicely, looks good, seems to ne well build, no rattle, click&squeek while driving. If something needs to improve i would put studded tires to it. Driving in winter snowy conditions it is bit slippery. Front tire slips when turning or braking. Another improve would be front fender.. it throws some snow and maybe some water to wrong places. Electronic locking for the bike would be nice also. But we are very satisfied about the bike. 6/5 😝😁 stars and a big YES!

Tout d'abord, les produits vendus sont magnifiques (Super73 ZX). Je me suis décidé grâce aux conseils avisés du vendeur qui a su comprendre ce que je cherchais. Ensuite, j'ai eu un échange avec le SAV et là encore, excellent. Sympa, efficace et réactif. Rien à redire si ce n'est d'acheter chez eux si les modèles vous plaisent 👌👍

Bought a S2 at a retailer. I had trouble connecting the app. Got really fast support solving the error. All great!

tout s'est bien passé jusqu'a l'ouverture du colis. Il manquait la batterie ! Elle devrait etre bientot envoyée. D'où 4 etoiles.
