I have used Synergi (SW) Ltd for major jobs, such as installing a new boiler and a new hot water storage tank. The company was quick to respond, and all their engineers are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and punctual. I would highly recommend this company.

Recently had a really positive experience with Synergi. Stupidly I had forgotten to order oil, run out and then when I had some delivered the boiler wouldn’t start. I think I rang Synergi, (and spoke to Becky) at about 2pm she was lovely and very helpful. Even though it was a situation entirely of my own making she was very sympathetic that the house was cold and I have a young baby. Becky managed to send someone, (Ollie) round a few hours later. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, sorted the problem very quickly, made some helpful suggestions about other things and gave me some advice. Really really impressed with Synergi and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Synergy SW Ltd is very professional and value for money. The engineers are extremely capable and you feel your in good hands. We went for the top band of cover as we wanted complete reassurance. The cost is lower than British Gas and you get far better cover.

I first approached Synergi in a bit of a crisis...an emergency water leak on a Sunday afternoon. Joe, who came out as the emergency plumber was great. Quick, professional, reassuring and good value for money. Following that experience I asked the team to replace a radiator. Again quick and no fuss service. When my boiler service came due I decided to ask Synergi to do it. The service identified a number of issues ignored by the previous heating engineer - Adam who did the service showed me what the issues were and what needed to be done. Again really professional and very reassuring. Lastly the customer service team in the office are always super friendly and helpful. My thanks to Ameana for sorting out the appointment to fix the boiler!

From the first enquiry telephone conversation to the Honiton office regarding our interest of synergi to give us their advice and quote on renewing my mother's heating the service was first class. They listen to what our requirements were and came up trumps on recommending what the best solution was to get the job done. All of the workers/ contractors were very polite and completed their work with minimal disruption and always cleaned up any mess. We would definitely recommend this company.

Synergie have been my go to company for boiler servicing. The staff, both admin and on-sight, are very professional and polite throughout the process. The appointment for our annual boiler service was commenced on time. The technician was polite & considerate and carried out all his tasks with the minimum of fuss and with all the necessary tools and equipment at hand and left the location clean & tidy. A totally stress free experience for us.

I would give no stars if I could. This company provided absolutely appalling service and left me worse off as a result. I have an air source heat pump system which wasn't heating the hot water. The issue was explained in detail and photos provided beforehand, so they knew what to expect. The engineer that visited was completely clueless, spent at least half an hour on the phone talking about who knows what (it definitely wasn't my hot water), then explained that there was no power going through the control panel so he couldn't identify the problem until this was rectified. OK, fair enough so far. He said they would source the part and let me know next steps. Heard nothing for a week and so I chased them, only to be told they couldn't source the part and I should contact the manufacturer to get this. Really? They clearly made no attempt to get the part and why would I be able to source it if they can't. I had no option but to call another company to come out again and thankfully they did know what they were doing and managed to fix the system in 10 minutes, no parts needed. Despite complaining to Synergi about their complete lack of service, they just denied any wrongdoing and started recovery proceedings within a couple of weeks when I didn't pay their bill.

Lee, Jordan and Molly from Synergi have just installed our Air Source Heat Pump with new pipework and radiators. They were fantastic, They turned up on time, they were polite, they obviously really cared about doing a quality installation. Lee was obviously in charge and his professionalism and competence shone through. The whole job was done to the very highest standards by a team who truely cared, led by Lee. The whole team were a credit to Synergi. I must say I would recommend their work to anybody. Thanks so much to Jordan, Molly and especially Lee as well as to Synergi.
