Contacted Synergi at 8pm Saturday night due to having a leak on my cylinder they were very helpful explained over the phone how to cut the water off to prevent the leak causing a major problem to my property and were out the next day to change the part and get me back up and running with water at this critical time we are currently experiencing. I'm a small business owner in Exeter and I cannot afford to have breakdowns - the Synergi team were out within an hour of me calling them and fixed the job professionally cleanly and tidily. Since then I have taken them on a long term basis and cannot fault them, highly recommend.

We have used Synergi for big plumbing jobs, including to respond to major plumbing emergencies, and for small jobs replacing tap washers and repairing small leaks. The service has been prompt, professional, and each time a tidy job was done even when carpets and floorboards had to be removed and replaced. Definitely recommended.

Richard was the third of three heating engineers I asked to look at a boiler that the Baxi engineer has said needed to be replaced and the only one who took the trouble to question that advice. He quickly found that in fact spares could be sourced and a repair was successful saving me a considerable amount of money. Throughout the process Richard and his team maintained great communication, worked very tidily (thank you Tyler) and left everything secure. I am very grateful to Synergi and would recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic company ethos supported by an excellent team. Synergi have carried out a fantastic job at our property from beginning to end. After our ancient boiler suddenly gave up the will to carry on at the beginning of Autumn, Richard was excellent in maintaining contact, fair in pricing and quick in getting the work organised quickly and seamlessly. I can't recommend Synergi enough! It's such a rare treat to find a plumbing company that offers such a prompt and professional service with honest pricing. Taylor came to service our boiler and was punctual, polite and friendly and he left the area clean and tidy. He explained in detail the remedial work necessary and a second appointment was made promptly, with equally polite and professional service.

Recently had our new Worcester boiler installed by Synergi. The work was undertaken on time and without any mess! The engineer & his apprentice were both friendly and I was happy to have them in my home.

When you're having freezing cold showers you really want a fast response and not only did I get a fast response I received a professional service throughout. starting with Richard arriving on my doorstep fifteen minutes later The guys who installed the new boiler were polite and tidy as they went about the work. Their customer care is second to none, well run business and they came recommended.

Desperate need of boiler repair, our normal man did not respond after 3 calls. Emailed local heroes on monday and within 10 minutes had a call back and an engineer booked for next day. Lovely man called Rob came and diagnosed the fault. The part we needed had to be ordered. They Kept us informed, Rob And Richard came back Friday morning and fixed not only that fault but also another we didn't know we had. I am renovating a property and needed assistance getting the boiler up and running, tested and a new tap fitted outside. Although I wasn't at the property the engineer provided an excellent service and kept me in the picture by phone. Would be very happy to use again or to recommend to others.

I contacted this company on 18th March about an issue with a boiler at my holiday home. They eventually sent an electrician that said I needed a new part at the end of that week. Since then I have rung them and reminded them several times in person and on their voicemail. Amina told me she would talk to the electrician and get back to me at which time I reminded her I would be there week commencing 8th April. I am still waiting........ The last message I left week ending 5th April, I told them I would be there from 8th April. I asked them to put my out of my misery and let me know if and when the part would be ordered and how much it would cost as I would be there from 8th April for a week. That if they could not do it, I would shop somewhere else. They have ignored me completely. I do not think the job was of enough value for them to be bothered with.

We had an issue with our boiler that left us without hot water. We found that the 'prompt service' we had paid for with the manufacturer was to leave us for 4 days. Once, we contacted Synergi we were able to arrange for an engineer to attend later that day. The engineer's name was Yasser and he is part of this growing company's staff; he showed himself to be just as good as the others whose expertise we have used before. The service provided by this company, was professional yet friendly with a follow up call later in the evening to ensure everything was as it should be. This is a local company that has a good reputation and certainly deserves it.

We have used Synergy SW Ltd a few times and always been pleased with their service and efficiency. Most recently they carried out a power flush of our central heating system as suggested by Richard and we are so pleased with the increased heat output of our radiators - it's made a huge difference. Will and Richard came out and did a great job - and when we coincidently discovered a blocked drain on their visit they went above and beyond in fixing that for us at the same time. We were having trouble with our shower as the hot water output was very intermittent. We arranged a visit by Synergi SW Ltd based in Honiton. Very promptly from our enquiry John visited and diagnosed the fault and sourced us an excellent shower replacement. He also fitted a new garden tap and water softner meaning the glass shower door is now easier to keep clean. All is all very happy with visit and work carried out. I would certainly recommend Richard, John and the team for any boiler/plumbing issues that need fixing.

We needed our shower cubicle extended and rather have our electric shower we had a power shower coming through the boiler. Richard suggested some ideas which we were happy with. The work was going to take three days but on the first day John couldn't make it because of the snow but the next two days he didn't stop to get the work completed on time fantastic worker everything left clean and tidy. It was also noted our pipes in the roof space were not lagged so on the second day George the apprentice came and lagged them for us a very polite lad. All in all Synergi do a real professional job. Highly recommended
