Fantastic service! Our old boiler finally gave up on us and we had our new boiler installed within 48hours! All the engineers were very friendly and efficient. Jay in particular was incredible. He put in extra effort to get the installation done in such a small time window. We were very grateful as we have 2 young children. We would 100% recommended Synergi SW to anyone.

I have used Synergi SW for various repairs in our Cafe, they have always been prompt to attend. The repair jobs have not always been the easiest due to the age of the building but always completed with excellent results. Recently had a new oil boiler fitted by Team Synergi and the experience was surprising. I called the number after finding them online and got straight through to Hannah. She talked me through the process and booked Richard to come and undertake a full survey. The survey was very informative and Richard gave us some very useful advice. We opted to upgrade to a Tado Smart Control which is brilliant. Synergi engineers Wayne & Steve worked tirelessly to get the job completed within 2 days so we could once again have heating & hot water. They left the house clean & tidy and took all the rubbish away. Wayne took the time to explain all the control settings and boiler functions. The following day I received a call from their office from another lady who simply wanted to check in to see if everything was ok and to ask for feedback. I’ve since been sent a handover pack and have even joined a service plan because I don’t want to loose them! What a brilliant little company.

William was professional, approachable and completed the job extremely efficiently. He removed his shoes upon entrance to the house and humoured my little people as they bothered him whilst he was working. Would recommend highly 😊.

Bathroom project completed as expected. Works carried out with experienced tradesmen Joe, Simon and Ollie their apprentice.Everything left clean and tidy. Special mention to a Joe who went the extra mile.

From start to finish the experience was brilliant. Richard and Ryan visited my house first to assess what was needed. Richard advised me on the different makes of boiler I could have, and explained all the work that would be involved in having my old one. I also got the quote back the same day! My son and I discussed it and decided to accept the offer. We then had Ollie and George doing the installation, they were both very polite and efficient, when they had finished it was so tidy you wouldn’t have believed they had been there. The electrician whose name I’ve forgotten😕 explained how to use the “Hive thermostat” a brilliant idea which is linked to your mobile. All in all I just wish I could give 10 stars. Synergie UK are a 100% professional but caring company that value their customers.

Booked an appointment with the bathroom designer and an engineer to service our pressurised hot water tank. Both turned up at agreed time and the tank was serviced and we discussed our small shower room renovation together with other plumbing work . The designer said he would be in touch within 2 weeks with a quote and that we would be contacted by a plumber in connection with this and the other work. We ended up chasing the office on several occasions and were told they would be in touch asap. The only contact we finally received after more than 4 weeks was an invoice and certificate for the works carried out. No apology for the delay or any sign of the quote.

Within hours of reporting in that we had no hot water in the cold weather, Synergi got an engineer to visit and fix the problem the same day! The engineer, William, took the time to explain the problem and was pleasant and courteous. We got a follow up call next day to make sure all still working. What more could you need for good service?

We first got in contact with Synergi in 2021 to organise changing our heating system at home. We had a large project to manage, with little experience. Richard and Ameana were approachable professional and knowledgeable which put us at ease during what was a stressful time. I want to highlight how time and finance critical this turned out to be, trying to hit the dates with grants available at the time. Synergi were flexible and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and to schedule. The heating engineers were friendly, engaging and communicated well. I trusted them 100% to work in our home, I feel that I can and will recommend this company to anyone. We will be using Synergi for the rest of the alterations needed on our home, thank you all. Shower was leaking into bathroom below. Contacted Synergy and found the whole quotation process easy and immediate. The guys turned up on time every day until new shower tray installed. The result was excellent and testament to good work men.

Was asked by this company to leave a review and to be honest I’m more than happy to do so. Had a new boiler fitted before Christmas as our packed up. Looked on Google and got loads of calls from loads of company’s but Hannah at Synergi was able to help me over the phone, send me a survey form to complete and then within two hours I had a price. I generally just had a got a good feel. The people I spoke to were friendly, the quote was well presented and the fact they answered the phone and answered my questions was spot on. The engineers did the job in just under two days which for a tricky installation was really positive. The chap as his apprentice didn’t stop all day! You always expect a good job when you spend out this kind of money but they really did provide value for money.

We had an Air Source Heat Pump installed by Synergi in the summer and we've left it until after winter to leave a review to ensure its had a good test. The installation was part of our self build project which included underfloor heating and radiators upstairs all of which were supplied and fitted by Synergi. We had several quotes for this project but from the start Richard made the process very simple. If it wasn't for Richard we would have likely ended up going for an LPG system which would have cost us a small fortune this winter. In our first winter the house was a warm 21 degrees even in the snow and the heat pump has been providing us with a SCOP of 4.0 which means its 400% efficient. We couldn't be happier with the installation, the customer care and the actual kit.
