I was recommended Synergi on social media for a gas boiler service. I spoke to a lady called Hannah who was very helpful, she answered all my questions and booked me in.The engineer who came was, professional, polite and very tidy. Can not fault the service received when our oil boiler failed. From quote to completion in 3 days. Installation went great and was done in poor weather. Kept up to date by wayne. He was meticulous tidy. Will definitely use again.

incredibly poor after sales service, can tare up to a month to get a reply and eventually when you do get one they start pointing the finger at each other. Cant reccomend them under any circumstances, even if they do a good installation you wont be able to get any followup service. avoid them Just read their reply, they were going to come back with a quote the next day but never received it. Typical rlnon response from them. We still have a noise coming from heating system months after they installed it. Save yourself grief and don't used them

Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago to have our boiler serviced between 2 pm and 3pm today. Took time off work and emptied the airing cupboard in preparation. Engineer didn't turn up, no communication from anyone. We phoned them at 3.00 pm to be told that they would contact engineer and phone us back. Waited 30 mins phoned again only to be told that the engineer had gone to another job. No communication unless chased up and a wasted afternoon. Strangely we were told that he was outside the house a 3pm but didn't bother to knock on the door.

Fantastic quick and efficient service. Engineer was punctual and explained everything. He also tidied away! Very happy with my new boiler would thoroughly recommend.

The Synergi SW Ltd Team installed a new oil boiler for me. A great job, they communicate well and kept me informed. The job involved numerous trades and all were coordinated brilliantly. A superb service from Synergi SW Ltd when they stepped in, after I was let down by another plumber. It was a complex job replacing some old obsolete flues, but a nice tidy job done by Steve Bennett.

We had to have a new boiler as the one we inherited with the house was old and broken. Synergi was duly booked. They arrived on time and put the boiler in. They worked very hard and it was a full day as we had to have a vent into the roof. It was raining on and off all day and this did not help. But I was very impressed with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend Synergi to anyone who needs a new boiler. They took every bit of packing with them and cleared up as they went. They also made sure the system was working. Brilliant company. I will use them again.

We have recently had roofing works take place, unfortunately there was an issue with the boiler flue making the boiler unsafe, Synergi plumbing attended within two hours, immediately making the boiler safe. Returning promptly the next working day to complete the repairs. At all times the engineers were professional and polite, even sending text messages to keep us updated. (The boiler had been installed many years ago by a different company)

I have a holiday rental in Devon and had to swap a washing machine at short notice. The delivery company AO.Com refused to install the item ( too difficult). So I called Synergi and they came to the rescue- within less than a day, they had attended at the property, swopped out the washing machine which was integrated, removed the old machine and disposed of it. My guests were very happy with the service and I am delighted that this was managed so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Synergi for your professional and super quick response to my problem.
