I am the kind of idiotic character who angrily throws away the remote for the boiler when buying a new property thinking it was part of the huge pile of junk left by the previous owners of my new house. Upon realising my mistake I consulted with Synergi who recommended that I look to install a Hive. I'd not heard of Hive before but was assured it could be installed to my boiler and that after installation, I'd be able to control the heating on my Smart Phone or Alexa device. I was surprised to see also that the Hive unit itself was a comparable price to replacing the old and less versatile remote! When the engineer turned up, he not only turned up with the Hive but with a replacement remote just in case it wouldn't work which struck me as the kind of forward thinking service I wish other companys would comply to. I now view this situation as a blessing in disguise because had I not thrown away the remote, I wouldn't now be able to turn the heating on before I get home from a long few days away and I wouldn't be able to turn it off if I forget while I'm out. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Synergi SW last month replaced my ancient oil boiler with a new Bosch Worcester oil boiler. The work was carried out in a very professional manner. Everyone on the job worked really well, young Will especially worked extremely hard. As one expects there were some hiccups on a job of this nature, Richard (MD) was there on the scene to sort the problem out. I will happily recommend this Company to my friends.

SynergySW were kind enough to rescue us having been let down by a previous company. Wil, Wayne and Lee came to our house to reposition pipework and electric cables. We live in a 60 year old house that had a 40 year old Gas central heating system. During that time an extension was carried out and also attached to the old boiler. No gas safety check had been carried out in that time.l contacted large and small companies for an upgrade estimate. Four did want to know and most seemed to pick a number and double it. I contacted SYNERGI SW LTD that sent along a Rep.to assess exactly what was required giving us an accurate estimate that would not change. The plumbers,and electricians were very efficient and pleasant considering I had a change of mind on radiator valves during the process.All the work was carried out without drama to a very high rating. The estimate was kept to plus my 2 extra hours agreed for the extra valves. We are delighted with the results from this installation from start to finish and the cost was £1000 less than over the phone quotes from other companies.

Having a replacement heating system installed from the conventional boiler type to a combi, the team from Synergi SW Ltd were outstanding, not only with the survey carried out by Stuart, but the whole team who did the full installation. Andy, Eden, William & Simon (10 out of 10) did a fantastic and professional job in installing the new combi system which entailed major work in rerouting the gas supply through the house and altering all the pipework to accommodate the new system. I was delighted with the service & costs and would recommend Synergi SW Ltd.

We would highly recommend Synergi SW Ltd. Since first asking them to service our previous boiler a couple of years ago, they did such a good job we have asked them back to replace our electric shower, general plumbing repairs and only last week Richard and his team replaced our boiler with a new Worcester Bosch.
