Our boiler was still working but very noisy, Richard recommend a new boiler which is so quiet you can't hear it coming on in the morning. Excellent service and price. I can highly recommend this company. Reliable, on time and tidy.

We had endured 5 years of living with an unreliable boiler and we contacted Richard thro his Synergi website towards the end of November 2020 and Richard visited our home and outlined his proposals of the best way to approach the installation of a new boiler which we accepted and when we agreed a date Richard promised that should anything go wrong in the meantime he would be get it going, what do you know days later our old boiler conked out again and true to his word Richard was with us got it working the next day and it kept us warm until his team came as agreed and installed our new boiler. We were so impressed with Synergi, Richard and his team and our minds are now at rest over keeping warm thro the winter, truly thankful customers, George and Sue.

We have used Synergi SW Ltd a number of times and have always found them prompt, effective and professional, recently we had a leak in an immersion tank and although we were in the throws of Covid Richard and his men came out promptly assessed the issue and replaced the tank within a few days, in addition they also sorted an issue we had with a shower despite being fully booked with other priority jobs. We live in a rural rented converted barn. A few days ago our oil fired boiler broke down during a reasonably cold spell. My landlord is very good and, as his regular plumber had recently retired, told me to get someone ASAP. After ringing many plumbers I called Synergi. I reluctantly left a message on the answerphone at the office after getting no reply from the emergency number. With little hope of getting any reply I carried on my search. I had finally spoken to another plumber that could fit me in in eight days time and made me feel very honoured that he was doing me a favour ! A short while after this the phone rang and Synergi had called. After a brief but pleasant conversation they made an appointment for Richard to visit later that day. I cannot compliment him highly enough on his professionalism, courtesy or work. He quickly stripped the boiler, identified the problem then went and collected the new motor before fitting it. He was extremely clean and tidy. I have worked in the building industry and from my experience I cannot recommend Synergi highly enough.

New Boiler - We had been given several different quotes for fitting a new boiler, all different, all very confusing when you have no idea which boiler is the best for your needs. We were then directed to Synergi. From the very first meeting where we met Richard, he gave us great confidence, very knowledgeable, and right from the outset we knew Synergi were the right choice for us. We can only say great things as there genuinely isn't anything negative to say. Richard and his team were efficient, polite, clean tidy workers, very friendly guys, and when there was a hiccup, as with most jobs, it was put right without any issues. The lovely cakes were an added bonus. Thank you. I've needed to call twice since the job completion to ask questions as I'd forgotten how to do something and Richard has arranged for someone to call and spend a few minutes going over things with me again. Nothing was a problem, and he was happy to help me. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Synergi and have recommended them to friends already. Having just moved into an older property, we needed a completely new heating system. We had an idea of what we wanted (to heat our hot water and heating via a wood burner), but we had no idea if this was possible or how to make it work. We had a couple of different companies come to discuss the work, but Synergi SW Ltd was the only company who confidently knew how to make our plans work. From the initial meeting through to the aftercare, the team have been fantastic - explaining everything throughout the process and answering all our queries. The system was installed so quickly and efficiently, and the staff cleared up as they went along (whilst always being polite and friendly). The aftercare has been great - we have been able to send any queries and get a rapid response. Had no hot water over a weekend, and thought it may of been the heating element in the tank. Phoned and spoke to Richard, who was very helpful and understood that we were foster carers with 2 special needs children. Being without hot water would of been a nightmare. Richard offered FaceTime over WhatsApp to see if we had an immersion switch and to see if that worked. Even showed him the boiler which happened to have a fault light show up. This was able to be reset, which Richards spoke me through. Even said this way could save a weekend call out charge, which it did. On the Monday came back with a new part which was fitted, and booked in for a service that week too. The treatment we had proved how genuine they were, knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy. Richard was so professional, he talked us through every aspect of having new boiler and flue fitted, giving great advice and guidance. When fitting boiler both Rich and Will were iso respectful of my home and made sure I was informed every step of the way. To be honest you really wouldn't have known they had even been here as everything was cleaned and put back exactly how they found it! Local lads providing a faultless service!!! Fantastic service, our boiler went kaput and Richard was easy to deal with, concise in his estimate so we didn't get confused, and went out of his way to get it installed quickly for the sake of our young daughter. Will definitely use them from now on.

Brilliant support during a crisis Moved to the South West from East Anglia and within a few weeks, during a November cold snap, the oil boiler stopped working. Synergi responded immediately to our situation and over a two day period, rebuilt the boiler mechanism keeping us warm in sub-zero conditions. We cannot speak to highly of this firm and would not hesitate to use them again.

We thought it was about time to get our boiler serviced, we found synergI online via Facebook, a quick and simple booking process and friendly phone manor from Amena had us booked in at the end of the month. The plumber arrived on time & cracked on he noticed something in our boiler that should have been removed when first installed and sorted it there and then which I was very happy about. Great service , professional and reasonably priced for our area, will be using them again...when needed :)
