I like that browsing and buying is easy. I don't like the fact that I have to fill out this survey in order to "complete" transaction so that y'all cam ship what I paid for.

First of all when I originally back in March I told you I wanted an exhaust fan 30" wide by 7 feet long with a rear exhaust. You told me that you had nothing that fit what I wanted. So I bought one from Vecor. Then I needed an exhaust fan for it and you recommended 28D-2000-Ff which came damaged and I have made a complaint to the trucker, which I did. Then somebody I work with said that you had exactly what I needed in the beginning, on your website. You had exactly what I wanted. You have a 30" wide by 7' long with an exhaust fan with it but it vented through the roof. If you told me this in the beginning it would have saved me a lot of time and it would been great. Apparently your people don't know what you have on your website.

I made one call and Michelle gave me a quote, took my order and my credit card information. No being moved around from person to person, very efficient.

so far, I only have worked with you all on paper and pricing. Your pricing is very completive. Your plans would be nice to see hanging details on the plans. We get hit with plan correction if not noted. Trying to keep the wight loads of the equipment down so it doesn't trigger structural engineering. do you sell insulated duct work?
