United States | 06 May 2024Time is money and when I am waiting for a delivery. The longer I wait the more I'm loosing money. Well, this is not so much the case but on another level. From the time of the placing the order to receiving the product...great. But in-between I felt there was more of CYA than customer service. I got notice that the job was finished and out of your hands but not word on delivery. I had to call to find out when I would receive my order. When I did the Track your order I received the order not found. I couldn't even get a ballpark estimate of when. The day that I got through was the day of delivery. That caused me to loose out on scheduling the installation of my hood. I lost a whole weekend to getting started on my trailer. I just think there should be better communication to the consumer than just... ( Hey, I did my part. You need to talk to the delivery service. ) If I had a ballpark range of delivery I could of given my guy a heads up that it would be here shortly. I had no idea it was in Jacksonville already and would have been available.

United States | 25 April 2024I purchased a new hood electrician that was hired didn't really understand the controls so I called tech support I talked with a gentleman named Tommy, explain what my situation was and what was going on this guy is amazing without even seeing what I had he was going off what I was telling him and he was able to correct every problem with no trouble at all he knows this control box inside and out. I didn't just get tech support for my problem it was explained to me how the function of the box works in case there is any other future problems that I would have a idea of where to check can't speak much for the equipment because it's brand new it's very high tech so far works flawless but regardless I believe even if the product was garbage because of the tech support that I got I think you can make anything work on that note alone I say the company is top-notch at least they have a customer support program that knows what they're doing and is on top of things I don't know if that guy was a supervisor or not but he should be getting a pay raise.
