United States | 22 July 2023I thought working with HoodMart would be a time and money saver, but as it turned out, the best way to install a kitchen hood is to work with a local contractor and order through them. Once a customer orders through Hoodmart, the local contractors (hood installer, electrician) don't want to touch it because they didn't order it and typically do not work with HoodMart. Do yourself a favor and work directly through your local contractor.

However, once I finally had a conversation regarding the product the representative was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the item. Then when I called back twice I could not get that same representative on the phone to ask one more question. It was a tad bit disappointing.
