I knew nothing about hoods, I was handed a project by the commander of the American Legion in Alpharetta Georgia to get our very old and out of compliance hood replaced. Update: 6/20/2023 Hoodmart reached out to me immediately after writing a negative review. It was my mistake to not reach out to them first to try and resolve the issue. I have a feeling they would have resolved the issue I was having without a negative review. I have become use to companies not caring about the products they sell and figured I was just stuck with the issue I was having. Well this was not the case. They were a pleasure to work with and shipped me out a new fan which I now have. Once I ship the old one back this will be no cost to me. I dont know whether the particular fan I got was defective or damaged in shipping but either way HoodMart has worked closely with me to make sure the issue is getting resolved.
