When I talked to customer service they kept saying that they would never quote a timeline when their website gives timelines on delivery dates. Yellow trucking delayed the shipment and left me with 1 day to demo and install the product. Worked with Hoodmart’s management and was able to resolve the matter. Although it wasn’t Hoodmart’s fault they were understanding and worked with me to push Yellow to deliver asap.
