Waited an hour for return of my car after numerous phone calls spoke to a very rude person on the phone who hung up on us several times when I said that from the first phone call it had been 45mins he said well it will be another 15mins and hung up when car was returned it was covered in mud and birds muck

AVOID, unless you enjoy waiting in a car park for extended periods of time. Appalling service. On dropping off the car we were kept waiting an hour in the car park despite calling an hour before arrival and again 45 minutes before arrival. The person on the phone was no help simply saying you were very busy and we had no updates on when our car would be collected and had no choice but to wait with two small children. We had booked a lounge and had to rush through as we were waiting so long. No apology and no information, no choice but to wait until the car was collected. When we returned to collect the car it was even worse and we were kept waiting for 75 minutes this time. Despite multiple calls we were given no update on timings and the lady on the phone refused to tell us who the manager or boss is. The person who delivered the car was also rude, refused to give the managers name or even his own name even going as far as to say he was "someone off the street" who delivered the car and he simply left while we were talking. After a long haul flight and (again with two small children) we just left. Will never use this company again and will actively discourage anyone we know from using. Sham operation and was an awful experience from start to finish. Mobit should be ashamed of themselves.

If it seems too good to be true, it absolutely is. Please use a reputable company for your airport parking needs, this definitely isn’t one. A very disappointing & costly experience, I only wish that I had read the reviews beforehand, my mistake, one I won’t be making again.

Cancelled within 5 minutes of booking and waited 10days so far no refund! Received cancellation confirmation and refund within 5 days email however nothing since and now ignoring emails AVOID!!!!

Made a booking and cancelled within 12 hours. 9 days later I still haven't had my refund! Rude staff and I got ignored after a blunt message on the live chat. Also had 2 emails ignored.

Absolutely shocking service. Had us waiting for our vehicle for just under two hours. Was told that our vehicle had left the compound and was on its way to us multiple times, which meant someone was driving around in our vehicle unauthorised. Would never use again. Total scam

I wish there was an option of rating them less than 1. Horrible is a small word. Worst experience ever. Rude unprofessional staff. The driver shouted at us in-front of our children which made them scared for the whole trip. When we came back from our trip in the middle of the night we were told our key got lost and they could not find it. We were in the muddy parking for 3 hours. Manager was unavailble. Few young boys were there to handle the situation. We left the parking at 3am without our car .

Extreme nightmare, booked parking at Manchester airport. The staff at parking area was extremely rude. The parking Area is undulated and full of mud ponds. On return my car was full of mud, the mud flaps were broken, the wires from engine were hanging out,. The staff was un cooperative. Manager was least interested to help and no bothered. My car is damaged and muddy. Avoid

I'm sure it's fine to use if nothing goes wrong but this company is a booking agent and they do not check / care about the professionalism or standards of the companies they are referring you to book with. Then when an issue arises, they just stand back and say you need to contact the company themselves that you booked through as they are just the agent.

Seems like a scam company. Adam Masood took a customers car from LHR and drive it to Northampton. Police are sentencing 2people. This company mobit failed to cooperate in the police investigation. AVOID

I agree with other reviewers. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. There are very clear instructions to meet at the airport. When you call a very angry and rude man tells you to go to another post code. When I quererid this the insulating man hung up on me. Oh, and this was after calling 5 times before we even got through. This leads you to a frightening mud field outside of the airport. Because you need to catch a flight you have no choice but to leave your car with them. The pick up was late. Very late. When I called for the fourth time to check - I was told 5 minutes and on the way. One hour later we were relieved to get the keys to the car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is not a legitimate service!

Do not use! When we used this company our car was illegally driven and used whilst we were out the country. The only reason we found out was due to receiving a car parking ticket for £100!

Company sold scam parking called skylink, where there was no carpark located at postcode provided and the telephone number that we where meant to call on arrival was dead. This added a great deal of stress to what should of been the first day of holiday. Will not make same mistake again and only use reputable companies from now on.

Website misleading and don’t mention additional fee for the cost of drop off parking (£20 at Stanstead) Waited at least 5 mins for someone to collect car. On my return we waited 10-12 mins for the car despite phoning them on 3 occasions after landing. When the car arrived the car driver mat had massive muddy foot prints on it !! Not something I expected within my Rangerover. A never to be repeated experience, very disappointing and use at your own risk.

MOBIT Airport parking is the best Airport PARKING company.. This company is generous and friendly. I had problem with one of their Airport meet and greet co. Universal Parking. Which went bust while we were on holiday. It was very bad experience. Mobit Airport Parking I paid money to.. They were generous and REFUNDED me the amount I paid to them very friendly and genuine company. Thank JOHN. Hasan ..

I had reserved parking through EzyBook and canceled it after two days. After a month that I keep contacting them they reply that I will be updated asap. In the meantime I called the parking company and they told me I would never get a refund. I smell something dodgy about this website, Maybe the police can help?I just have done some research and Ezybook, mobit, goparknfly is the same company under GO PARK N FLY LIMITED.

Wouldn't let them in control of a canal shopping trolley. Also apparently our vehicle was used for dogging by one of there staff. Seen photos as proof via an SD card that wasn't ours left in glove compartment.

TO WHOEVER IS OUT THERE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE IT! My flight was delayed by 35 minutes and I arrived at baggage reclaim at 10:15pm so I just missed my car pick-up time at 10 pm. I call the company and they said it would take 45 minutes for my car to be dropped off. 45 minutes passed and my car had not moved according to its GPS(currently sitting in the driveway of an MOT garage not a secure location as advertised). I called back multiple times after this which finally resulted in the rude man on the phone saying 'I can bring your car whenever I want and I can keep you waiting there for as long as I want' and 'if you know where your car is, go and get it yourself'. It eventually took 6 hours for my car to be dropped off to me and my car was ditched in the car park with the keys on the front tyre resulting in me having to pay an extra parking fee. This company is a scam and the man on the phone is extremely rude and ruthless. I wasn't the only person waiting for my car there were about 20 other people also waiting until 2-3am. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT USE MOBIT. USE GATWICK AIRPORT PARKING. The other companies are all the same and will leave you stranded in the airport and with taxi prices at a minimum of £50 and the police not being able to do anything about it as it is a civil matter you will be at the mercy of their rude and uncivilized telephone operator.

There are agents who use criminals as sub-contractors. Do not touch them. My car parked at Heathrow was vandalised, driven for almost 400 miles and items were stolen. The police were informed. Mobit's response: you can have 20% off your next booking! Next booking! Dream on!

Unbelievable experience, avoid!! Stansted meet and greet booked through mobit parking, clocked 45 miles on my Speedo clock and their explanation was the storage was 13.5 miles away, argued with me and it still doesn’t add up! Used my car for their pleasure?? I don’t know! It was held at Whole Group Vehicle Storage Ltd. Just don’t bother with the hassle.
