Close to terminal, fast, friendly, polite. Highly recommended. I'll use their service one again in the future for sure.

People ok and friendly. But very poorly organised system. Had trouble both timers, on outward and return. Won't be using again.

Worst airport parking I've ever used. The reception looked like a drug den, dirty plates, cans, rubbish everywhere. Just an empty house where they shoved cars here there and everywhere. No customer service. The airport was 5 mins away but on the way there we had to wait 45mins to be put in what seemed to be one of the men's personal cars after asking when the taxi would get there to take us. When we got to the airport we where asked for £3 per car when it stated £2 per car on the email. When we arrived back from our holiday I followed the procedure stated in the email, I rang the number and told them which terminal. The taxi took an hour to arrive after ringing 4 times and being told every time it would be 5 minutes. We were then asked again for £3per car. When we arrived back at the parking it was pitch black, there were no help with loading or unloading our bags and we were given our key pointed in a direction to find our cars. We had to use the torches on our phones to find them, then the cars where behind other cars so we couldn't even leave yet. I would never ever use this company it is an utter joke, they are so rude and as a women I felt so uncomfortable and not safe at all.

Good service and easy to use. Didn't have to wait long for shuttle bus to and from parking to airport terminal. Staff were pleasant and informative. Upon drop-off, they will take pictures and record the mileage. You are requested to park in their daily parking area and hand in your keys. Upon return, your keys are returned and you will find your car has been moved to their long-term parking area, a short walk from the shuttle bus drop-off/office.

Excellent parking!

Arrived early morning. Got picked up 30mins late. After being picked up the driver was driving as if he was on a racecourse. He was getting phone calls every few seconds by his boss to say he was late on picking other passengers and they were waiting. Eventually, I arrived and was given my car key and directed to the car. When I went to the car realised the car battery was flat. After getting someone to help me jump start I realised they also parked my car on the edge which was about 2foot above the ground space. When I reversed the car to go back my front tyre came of the edge. I couldn't move forward or back. It was pitch dark. Had hardly anyone to help. I would advise everyone who reads this to pay a little more and park somewhere safely where the car doesn't get damaged. Never will be using their services again.

This was the first time I used this type of parking and everything was as smooth as it can be! After we arrived at their parking site they took a picture of our car and very soon after we hand in our car key they took us to airport, which is a very short drive. On the way back we phoned them and told us to wait 15min in the passenger are. When we got there driver was already waiting for us. They were very helpful and polite. I can see some negative reviews but based on my experience with them, I definitely recommend Mobit Airport Parking and will be using them for my other trips

Kept me waiting at the airport for over 40min and wouldn't even apologise for their wrong doing. Never will I use them again

Mobit wasn't just the best price parking, they were the closest to Luton airport. Their staff were friendly and went out of their way to greet us and even offer an extra face mask concerned we forget ours. They took photos of my vehicle on arrival for the record and even log the mileage which no other company does. There is no waiting time to handover and collect the car. Plus, the shuttle drivers are genuine people. Their service has made me a loyal customer.

8 September 2020: PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANY CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! terrible experience: we have been charged 10£ at our arrival with the guy scaring us he wouldn’t otherwise pick the car to because we have been late (even if we did call him 30 min in advance!!!) ,at the way back they give us the car in a total mess and the guy giving us the car back just escaped without even giving us the chance to talk explanation and we had to pay 8£ extra for the car park that none said us!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! They are slippery and totally irresponsible!!!!!
