United Kingdom | 12 June 2022DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE COWBOYS! When they say your car is parked safely in the airport ITS A LIE!! Its parked 15 miles away in an unmanned field! There attitude stinks! I dropped my car off at the allocated time and was told I had to pay £5 for them to get back out of the car park although id already paid £90 to park my car with them! On arrival back to the UK I called them and got greeted with pure RUDENESS AND THREATS! I was threatened if I didnt pay and extra £20 in cash (dodgy in itself because I couldn't pay make a card payment) then they wouldn't give me my car back. The man then proceeded to abuse me and call me a brainless sl@g!! I thought I was going to have to call the police to get my car back. Eventually they returned the car, my car was filthy and had all spilled juice inside. The man was also high as a kite and stunk of weed! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SHOWER OF S#IT, WITH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR! THEY NEED CLOSED DOWN!!!!!

United Kingdom | 08 May 2022THEY ARE RUBBISH. dont use them. The price they charge is not the price you will pay!!!! They charge extra for pick up and drop off which is not apparent at time of purchase and not in their terms and conditions. They will also charge you £15 if you cancel, which a reputable company would not. JUST DONT GO THERE.

Subsequently paid twice and the 2nd time at extreme on the day inflated prices. No response from either company so far. Avoid.

United Kingdom | 29 April 2022Worse company ever, do not use, booked pickup for 3am had email etc then 5 hours before our flight had call to say dont do meet and greet until 4am even though had a email saying otherwise, had to quickly find another company and pay more money, such a stress and woman was so rude on the phone, was shocked and still trying to get my money back which is becoming very difficult, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, we flew last week

United Kingdom | 15 April 2022I had an absolutely terrible experience with this service. I will absolutely never use it again. I waited an hour at drop off and the driver repeatedly told me that they would be 2 minutes. On return my I was told my vehicular would be there in 45 minutes. At 50 minutes I called to see where it was and was told that my car had a flat tyre. I waited in total 2 hours for my vehicular to be returned: the man I spoke to was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I asked him to change the tyre to the spare in the boot. He said he didn’t know how, he repeatedly hung up on me. I called back at one point and said to come and pick me up and I would change the tyre, the man on the phone then said that he actually did know how to change a tyre and he only told me this because he was “mad at me”. Eventually my vehicle turned up, they dropped it onto the wrong floor (all pick up and drop offs are done on the 4th floor and they left it on the third floor) I only new my car had arrived because I called them to chase up yet again and was told my car was already there and he didn’t call to inform me because he “didn’t have my number” he then wouldn’t tell me where my car was and told me to find it myself. They left masks and bags of clothes in my car. Had pumped up the tyre that had a puncture in it, which I then had to change myself at the nearest service station anyway. They gave me no info on this, I had my son with me so if I hadn’t of checked I could have driven on the motor way with a flat! And just to top this traumatic situation off. I returned home to a £80 fine from the airport parking because they had used my vehicle in the drop off zone without making a valid payment after I had handed it over. I am beside myself and will honestly never use this service again. In my life I have never experienced anything this bad before.

United Kingdom | 14 April 2022Absolutely Useless Company, Do not use them. They left us waiting outside the airport for more than 1hr, after telling us just 25min to come collect. Initially they informing us they’ll be round to collect us in just 25min. After waiting 39 min and several calls, someone finally picked up. Than they wanted to charge us another £20 pounds as we dropped car at 2am , thankfully we had copy of our booking so I could show them. We were charged also £6 each way for dropping us and picking up from the airport. They also charged 2 other people as well who where with us in the van. When we pick up the car , car was filthy and I am simply lost for words. Someone should report them !!! Police should check this place , something dodgy is going on there.

Spain | 06 April 2022Paid £70. Rang the day before to see if I could arrive an hour earlier because of current reported delays at security. After a tortuous conversation, including being put on hold for so long I had to try again, I was told to ring another number. Rang that - the mobile you're meant to ring 30 mins before you arrive - and never managed to get through. The phone just rang and rang then cut off - and this is the number you're supposed to ring prior to arrival and on return. Decided to cut my losses and booked an Uber to save the inevitable stress that was destined to follow!

United Kingdom | 03 February 2022I booked with Mobit parking on the 1/2/20/2020 for 15 nights in the following June , as we all know the pandemic started and I opted to receive a refund minus administrative fee £15 which I considered to be fair considering the circumstances ,forward 2 years later and Iam still waiting for the refund, I have raised this issue several times and just get sent an automated email ,saying basically your in the que. The actions of this company are totally unacceptable,and I strongly advise people not to use them

I always travel and book meet and greet service, but with this company it was a nightmare. I waited just over 2 hours 45 minutes to collect my car, kept lying to me over the phone and ignoring my calls.. please avoid don't waste your time and money.

United Kingdom | 15 October 2021I used this service for the 1st time on a business trip from Heathrow. 3 days parking. Poor - When I arrived I had to look for someone and ask around as the gent there to collect my car was in plain clothes - no uniform, no high vis, no ID. Had a quick look at my car and then asked me to sign twice. I only realised later that the second signature was stating that my car had been dropped back to me in the same condition it was collected. So this made me think they knew it wasnt going to look the same. Collection was booked for 3pm. I called and was told that it was going to be 30 minutes but that I needed to pay £15 because I had been brought to Terminal 5 (where I was dropped) and not Terminal 2 (a decision made by BA not me). I paid and then stood in the cold for over 30 minutes. Again...the gent that dropped the car was dressed just in plain clothes. When my car arrived, it looked like it had been parked in a field under a tree. Was covered in bird droppings, mud and footprints on the bonnet, mud all over the wheels and tyres. It had been driven 17 miles. The guy that dropped it off said, sorry its a mess and then got in another car and was taken off. Unprofessional, rude on the phone, car needed to be fully cleaned. Will not use again. Have advised colleagues and friends to avoid. And will continue to do so! I emailed them asking for a complaints procedure. Never heard back!
