I used this company for parking for a few years and had no issues. Always good prices and pretty good operationally. Booked a car park for 2 weeks recently in Luton and our flight got canceled so had cancel the parking 2 days after booking. Asked them to for a refund as they offer free refund less 15 GBP service charge, which I was ok to pay. They offered me a voucher which I didn't need as I don't know when I'm going to be flying from Luton next time in this climate. So I confirmed I needed full refund please. After multiple chasers via email - no response. I've just filed a case via my credit card company and waiting for them to resolve One of my colleagues had exactly the same issue.

Had to make a couple of changes to the dates due to Covid issues. Team was accommodating and polite.

Very happy with the booking process and the excellent price for 8 days parking at Gatwick, also very friendly staff. Hopefully everything goes well when I leave my car in their hands and will write another review on my return from holiday.

I have used Mobit Airport Parking for Meet and Greet services at Heathrow airport since 2017. Each time, the booking process is easy, communication is quick and seamless. I was given clear direction on how the service was going to work. I have used several Meet and Greet services on their platform and I haven't had any issues till date. My car was collected and delivered mostly on time (a few short delays on delivery but not too bad), and their rates are competitive. I'll definitely recommend.

You would need to leave anything other than good feedback if you did not experience any problems. The GOOD feedback is for the carparks that you use, as these are people whom serve you when you drop off your car and not Mobit or any other booking agency for that matter. My advice is book and pay directly with the carpark that you intend to use instead of these parasites!

Very good service as usual. Fair price. Very easy drop off. Slight delay in the pick up, mainly because they ask you to call them once you pass customs and meet them in 30 minutes (but the meeting point is only 5 minutes away). Cars are kept outdoors (still locked) for anyone’s consideration.

Booked the meet and greet service at Mcr Airport for 9 days. Driver waiting for us at the drop off point a few yards from the terminal. On return, car arrived within 5mins in perfect condition. EXCELLENT, will certainly use again
