Good service, good price.

Where airport parking's concerned, nowhere's ideal but the Mobit site was easy to use and found me what I was looking for, no problem.

Very easy to use. Friendly drivers and trouble free service. Just ring them a few minutes before you arrive at airport then when collecting baggage on your return. Very convenient and stress free travel

If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid for parking for a trip I was supposed to take with my husband. Lockdown happened so I couldn't travel. I contacted Mobit, and they told me that they would cancel it, but will deduct an admin charge and then told me that it would take 5 weeks to get the refund. Fast forward 2 months, I have emailed them twice since, no response and no refund. I contacted my bank today to initiate a chargeback. Definitely won't be using these robbing, thieving cowboys again.

A good service and have used them for a few times. However, the cancellation charges are not fair, particularly during the Coronavirus crisis

We had a good experience with this company which provided car parking close to Gatwick airport. Our only difficulty was finding the place. The instructions were not clear, and the signs were confusing. But the staff were helpful, and we had quick transfers. The car was in good condition when we returned to it a few days later. So all in all I would recommend the company (but they do seem to go by several different names, which again is very confusing!)

Easy to book, good rate and very accommodating when we were held up in traffic and got to the airport almost an hour after our scheduled arrival time. Had a bit of a wait for the car on our return, but that would be our only criticism.

Booked to travel at the start of April which was cancelled (by them) and initially offered a refund. End of April called me to say I could have a voucher which I politely declined, and was then told that they don't have the money to give me a refund and that I'd have to keep waiting possibly they might be able to pay it in July - I highly doubt it based on the communication so far.

Mobit May very well be good at parking but if you have to cancel your booking to get your money back is a nightmare I had to cancel my booking on March 18th, yes they replied quickly & asked me if I wanted a voucher or a cash refund I asked for a cash refund & 11emails later I am still waiting As my booking had been cancelled before UK lockdown I should be at the top of a waiting list but no all I get is a generic email back Be very careful when making a booking
