I placed my order and within 24 hours my shoes went on sale and I wanted to cancel and reorder or have my account credited. Neither happened because customer service never answered and after spending several hours trying to reach someone they hung up on me twice so I gave up. I am so upset!!!

I bought two pairs of shoes for Christmas gifts at two different times. Both times I ordered I had problems with completing the order. Very frustrating.

The boots were not available in the store. I was forced to order online. The boots were terrible in fit. Loose in the heel in both sizes I ordered, therefore it's a design problem. When I tried to return them at the store, the store said I must return online. OVERALL NOT A SATISFYING EXPERIENCE WHICH WILL MAKE ME LESS INTERESTED IN SHOPPING AT CLARKS. 8-12 YEARS AGO CLARKS SHOES AND BOOTS WERE SO MUCH BETTER.

Clar's staff are so helpful and nice and I love Clark's shoes. They are so comfortable. I love my leather combat boots so so much and they fit great!!!

The shoes fit . Good thing I ordered wide, these run small.

I was disappointed that the shoes I ordered in a wide were so narrow I couldn't get my foot in. This has happened more than once so I will have to go elsewhere for fashionable shoes.

I have a very hard time finding shoes because of my small size. I tried on this shoe, size 5, which my normal size is 4.5. The shoe fit me perfectly & was so comfortable as well as the price was right! My first purchase was in the store. I really loved the shoes so I ordered the second pair n a different color on line. I received them promptly, sooner than expected!

I have been wearing Clark shoes since I was five years old. I am a huge fan. The Black trouser shoes I purchased are too big. I will change them at my local store.

I didn't get my discount on-line and I'm still waiting to hear back from Customer Service. These boots are terribly stiff and painful to walk in.
