Have not received my money back for my return

I had a terrible time with your website.

I’m disappointed. My recent purchase of men’s shoes simply doesn’t fit well, nor does it look good on my feet with pants even though the look and design of the shoe suggests it should. The laces don’t go far enough up the shoe and inexplicably poke out of the pant leaving this weird huge gap. I’ll have to bring these back.

I ordered 2 pair of slippers on line. Unfortunately, they did not fit well. I found out I could return them to the outlet store in Lighthouse Place outdoor mall. I took them there, and the clerk was very helpful. I reordered one of the pair, and a refund for the other one. Within several days, the new pair in a correct size arrived. They are perfect and fit well.

I recently ordered three different pairs of shoes. Two pairs of the same boots and a pair of flats. They all fit perfectly and are true to size! They are stylish and comfortable; what else could I ask for?!

You sent me the wrong size. I called and talked to someone with a heavy accent who didn’t understand I wanted an exchange for correct size. Quite frustrating. Clarks did send a return label. Only fair since it was Clarks mistake I decided to order again. Received the correct size. Getting ready to return the others. Linda Rupert

I purchased 3 pairs of clarks from hns some years ago and i love them. The style of the shoe how they feel on your feet. Good quality material just love them

The experience with Clarks was wonderful. The timely arrival of my product and how easy it was to return the item. Unfortunately I could not keep the product due to it was too narrow. Otherwise, I would buy from Clarks again.

I ordered two pair of boots. The website posted free returns and exchanges. When I received them, I needed a larger size in one. I tried to exchange on the website and it wouldn’t let me. I called Clark’s and they told me the boots were not eligible for exchange. I could only return them and wait 7 to 10 days to receive my money back (less$5 for shipping label) I could then reorder them at the now current price. She said there’s nothing else I can do. I bought them on sale and 40% off. The day I called they were 20% off but probably won’t be on sale at after Christmas. If I had known this is the way they treat customers, I would have paid a few dollars more and bought from store that would be happy to exchange.
