I have been wearing clarks for quite awhile. I very much like the fit,comfort and support of these shoes. In fact I wore one pair out due to comfort and support and just recently ordered that same shoe again. I also like the fact that Clark shoes need no breaking in.

Update - my issue was resolved. It did take several weeks but the customer care team issued a refund in the amount of the 30%. The initial service was less than stellar and resolution was delayed but aside from that issue I have no complaints. And I do love every pair of my Clark’s. Original - I attempted to use a code for 30% off. It didn’t process on the online order. I called and it couldn’t be processed because the order hadn’t shipped. A note was to be added to the account and I was to receive the discount after they shipped. I still haven’t received the credit. Very frustrating and disappointing. I love Clark’s but I won’t buy from the website again.

I returned a pair of shoes for an exchange that I ordered online because they were scratched on the toe surface. I never received any notification after returning the shoes. I emailed customer services and did not receive a response. I also called the customer service line and was on hold for two hours. No one ever answered the call. I placed the order on December 9th, received the shoes on December 13th, returned the shoes for an exchange on December 14th, and as of December 20th they have been at a Boston distribution center for a "processing exception". It is now December 29th and I have yet to receive any notification regarding my return and exchange.

So far and I’ve only worn them once they were very comfortable. However, it took a long time for shipping and the package and box were completely mangled and torn up. I expected the boots to be damaged as well. I wear a size 7 and they feel true to size.

Everything was easy and understandable

The purchase arrived so quickly, I was amazed and pleased. The boots are made well, but one pair was large for it's size, and the other tight. I like them enuff to keep them though.

Thus far my experience has been good. Clark’s was responsive to my return request. The return process could have been simpler with a return label but UPS was able to print one for me. The boots were very nice but too short. Other Clark 10’s have worked well but this particular style did not.
