Easy to order, boots fit really well, true to size, own a few Clark shoes and Boots and sandals, satisfied with every single one.

Clarks customer service is TERRIBLE! After sending three messages trying to resolve a problem with my purchase and being completely GHOSTED, I was left with no choice but to return my purchase. Now, after they have received my return (completely unworn, only on my foot for 10ish seconds) I’m left waiting weeks for my refund. WHERE’S MY $230 CLARKS???

I have been a fan of CLARKS shoes for 15 years and I am always satisfied. The shoes are sturdy and have a basic shape, but they are comfortable shoes that I never get tired of. Also, the price is reasonable for the product and they are always on sale, so I am satisfied with everything.

Was forced to return the item was not given the option to exchange so I returned it and was charged 19 dollars for it not the 5 dollars the website stated won't be purchasing anything from this company ever again.

Exactly what I wanted. The colors are perfect, shoe fit wonderful and very fashionable.

I'll begin by saying that I am a huge Clarks fan. Love their shoes and their boots. However, my last purchase was disappointing. I purchased a pair of boots which were too tight, even though they were a wide width. I thought at first they sent the wrong size, but no. They were labeled as wide. Perhaps they were mislabeled? I will, of course, continue to shop and buy Clarks products. However, if this happens again, I will have to rethink my decision. My poor toes demand it!

5 Stars for Clark's shoes! Always comfortable, always the right size. 0 stars for Clark's customer service! First, the person that didn't help me could not speak English very well. When the Clark's website says if you order by a certain date, before a certain time for Christmas delivery, then I trust that to be true and it was not and customer service was not interested in helping me even when I offered to go back and pay for the 2 day delivery fee. And that is why I will purchase my Clark's products from another source from now on.
