Arrived on time and pleased with shoes selection

Shoes look nice and fit as expected. Not as versatile as my old black and brown Clarks because the new ones have the large white sole, making them very casual.

The shopping and delivery was an easy experience.

I purchased a pair of shoes on a discount and two days later they went on a better sale. I called in to see if the better sale could be applied. The customer service representative advised it could not so I placed another order. When going in store to pick up the order, they could not return the first shoe I purchased due to refunds not going back to PayPal. So I had to pay shipping and still have not received the refund. This whole experience has been extremely negative. The customer service representative was not helpful at all.

Although I was told I would receive this pair of shoes on 12-12, they did not arrive until 12-16. I assume it is because of the holidays and heavy volume at the Post Office. They are good looking shoes and I already own the same pair in black.

Ordering was easy and boots came in quickly! The boots are very comfy but maybe should have ordered half size up because although I ordered my usual size they are snug. They are cute though!
