United States | 03 November 2016If I was able to pick zero stars I would. I ordered a jvc projector lamp. Ist delivery was the wrong model p2210. I ordered p2310 and invoice noted p2310. I called and had to fight to get an exchange without having to pay for return shipment. They sent a replacement and replacement was a repeat of the wrong model p2210. I am still without my lamp and have not heard from them

United States | 23 October 2016I bought a lamp from them over 3 months ago. It came and everything was all good until the lamp started to have yellow lines burned into it. I set up an exchange for a free new lamp and sent the defective one back to them. It has been over 3 months since i sent them the lamp back and they were supposed to send a new one right away. I have contacted them many time and have been told a new shipment has arrived we'll send it by the end of the week. I am very displease with myprojectorlamps and suggest you never buy from them.

United States | 09 October 2016I was first told the company had the number of projector lamps in stock. I told them due to the funding being a grant I had to have the lamps in my possession no later than 9-30-16. I was told no problem. Three days after I placed the order I received a phone call that the company did not have all of them in stock and the date of receiving the products would be October 3-4, 2016. I called immediately and told them. Please cancel the order. The canceled the order and never credited my credit card of over $2000 . I called and told them this was a work credit card and I needed to turn in my receipts. They stated no problem. I called again after 4 days of no email and the charge was still on my account. Once again they stated no problem and they will send me notification of the credit on my credit card. It is now 10-8-16 and I have not received an email on my account or notification that the credit card has been credited. At this point I am going to be sharing my frustration with others !!!!!

United States | 07 October 2016Ordered online via credit card. Credit card report indicated two sales for the same order. Quick call to MyProjectorLamp customer service and the issue was taken care of via the phone call. E-mail confirmation of the issue solution was sent immediately.

United States | 05 October 2016A week had passed after the initial shipment notification. I emailed customer service and was told it had been back ordered but would be in on Tuesday and would have a 2 day fedex delivery. I received a notification that it would be delivered on Monday. That is a 5 day deliver not 2. Customer service should have notified me that it was back ordered and then should have kept the 2 day delivery.

United States | 29 September 2016Ordered a "new" lamp...the first one they sent was used one and I thought "Oh no here we go, I just lost all my money to a scam", but I called, they apologized and sent a replacement lamp as soon as they had one. But the new replacement lamp was for a different projector, again they apologized and sent a replacement as soon as one was available. Now, sometime later I have a NEW lamp for my projector and it works. So, everyone makes mistakes from time to time and maybe I just happened to be the lucky guy that got them all, but they were responsive and I did finally get the correct lamp.

United States | 28 September 2016We ordered on line our projector build and paid for second day delivery . The bulb was supposed to be in stock and delivered in two days. We received confirmation that it has shipped , after the fourth day of waiting we called to see where the bulb was and was told it out of stock and when it comes in that it would be over nighted . That didn't happen ! We also asked for our second day fee we paid to be returned , they promised to return that fee and as of today that hasent happen. It took two weeks to get our order and they keep the fee we paid for two day delivery or so they think . This will be reported to thee BBB and the states Attorney General today!

United States | 08 September 2016Got an email with 20% off for back to school, forgot the code at check out but emailed them right away. When asked if they could help with the discount I was totally ignored. A week after promised delivery date I followed up on the same email and still lamp hasn't been shipped. Overall a terrible experience. 09/11 edit I received a call from Manny last week apologizing for the experience. He honored the initial 10% off offer (my bad I wrote it was 20) plus 10% more off as a gesture. I finally got the lamp but was very disappointed to see how it's packed. The box containing the lamp came only in a bubble wrapped fedex envelope, no box within a box for added protection (a $20 lamp I bought off Amazon while waiting for this one came better packaged ) like other lamp vendors. I wasn't surprised to see the box dented on a corner. Again thanks to Manny for trying but from sales and customer service to order fulfillment and shipping there are several things not working properly.
