Received wrong lamps in right boxes. Was promised a return label that day and a call back the next day with answer as to whether the correct lamps had come in stock. I have ordered from this company twice and got burned both times. They don't bother to tell you when lamps are out of stock and let you pay for overnight shipping even when they won't get more until weeks later.

They were responsive on the phone, honored their price match pledge and delivered my lamp which is working well so far (only 50 hours or so used). Only complaint was I called on a Thursday and paid for overnight delivery so I would have for the weekend, but didn't receive the next day because they didn't "ship" it out until Friday. I did get it on Saturday so the whole weekend wasn't lost, but this was frustrating having paid $40 for fedex overnight, but the company needed a day to get the lamp packaged and shipped.
