I paid for this product over three weeks ago and still have not received the lamp. I am wondering now if this is a fraudulent web site.

I have purchased 3 bulbs in the last year. The first one lasted only six months and they burned out unexpectedly. The second one lasted under two weeks and the third only three days. Your return policy is time consuming and would have required I wait far to long for you to decide whether I get a new bulb. The projector is my family television and therefore going for weeks without it was not something I was willing to do. Therefore after wasting close to a thousand dollars on bulbs I was forced to get a new television instead. It is no where near the size of the projector but it at least works. I doubt you will reimburse me for the defective bulbs in cash so now I am out of pocket for the last two bulbs. I wonder what you response to this will be. 13 Jan 15 Update: the company has since contacted me. They have agreed to refund me the money for the last three bulbs I bought. They even offered to refund the money for the bulb and module I bought over a year ago. That wasn't necessary. They have sent me a prepaid FedEx waybill do it won't cost me anything to send them.
