I installed the new lamp and everything worked perfectly

With in a week after ordering my DT-510 Lamp I received the lamp from MyProjectorLamps.com. After replacing the old lamp with the new lamp & housing; the projector first start up functioned perfect. I saved 30% on this purchase compared to my last, thanks to MyProjectorLamps.com.

I had a very positive experience with MyProjectorLamps. It was very easy to locate the right materials for my lamp, as well as get an order placed. All in all I was not on the site long before I had what I wanted. The bulb I ordered was well protected during shipping, and arrived in a timely fashion. My only issue was that the site was not immediately intuitive to switch between choosing either a bare bulb, or a bulb plus a new housing (I was shopping for the former).

Purchasing the correct bulb for my Mtisubishi rear projection HDTV could not have gone more smoothly or easily. They stuck to their scheduled delivery date even though they eventually had to ship overnight. I will use this company again for the next bulb replacement(s).

The lamp fit in position as it should. There was a burning smell for a short time that went away. I kept a close eye on it and decided it was some kind of coating on the housing. As far as shipping goes, I was not in a hurry, so I opted for ground shipping and the travel time is what I expected. It did seem like they took a little longer to ship than I would have expected from an "internet warehouse". All in all I was quite pleased.

MyProjectorLamps.com sent the incorrect lamps but immediately made the correction and sent out the correct replacement and a mailing label to return the first set. They were quick and courteous at all times.

The service is always great but this time the packing was poor. Considering the value of this package and the fragile contents I would have expected some packing material to be taking up the extra space inside of the shipping box. Instead the boxes for these expensive lamps we sliding around inside of the shipping box. Banging into one another with nothing to absorb the shock of shipping. Please buy the shipping department some bubble wrap or something.

My Projector Lamps was prompt at order processing and thus delivery. Lamp has been installed and I hope to get many hours from the replacement lamp.

Absolutely the only place you need to get your lamp replacements. Ordered online just before 4pm CST, and they showed my item in stock, but actually it was not. Agent from My Proj Lamps called, we discussed alternate product, and they got it out that day, Fed Ex prior to 10am delivery.. amazing.. Then I called for help installing and their Service Tech talked me through it on the phone. The BEST service I have had from any online ordering vendor in a Looooong time!!!!

Found a similar product for cheaper. After quickly verifing the price while I was on the phone, they not only matched it they beat it by a couple of dollars. Outstanding!
