I was pleased to discover Ferebe while moving away from shopping at Amazon. Knowing that it is a family-owned business aligns with my intent to be more thoughtful about how and where I spend my money. I was also happy to find a product that I usually only encountered on Amazon available at Ferebe. It would be great to see Ferebe carry more of the brands I find on Amazon so that it can become my go-to shop.

Products arrived in a timely fashion. They each were wrapped expertly to insure no breakage or leakage. I am impressed. Never have I received items so carefully wrapped. Never. I will buy from them again!

Shopping with Ferebe is amazing, I love the savings and the amount of products for the prices is unbeatable. My one issue is you cannot track your order unless you download a shipping app. I don't need an extra app. Just send shipping emails.

I like the product but I didn’t receive on time and i didn’t like the way it was packed because the product was shifting from on side to another

I received my order in an exceptional time line. When I opened my order my bars of Dove soap were opened. I sent them pictures and advised them of the problem. I was offered 60% of what I paid for the bars of soap. I don't know where they got the 60% at because I didn't pay them 60% for the merchandise and I certainly didn't send or package me open soap. A business such as ferebe should not be as careless to package loose soap with no insulation to keep the products in place. The soaps to just be open in the box packed carelessly is just so unacceptable. To insult me with a 60% return is just ridiculous. The entire package just looked like everything was just thrown in the box without any order and I was surprised and disappointed. The soap being opened was just overwhelming not to mention over kill on your companies part. I have been a customer since 2019 and I guess since then your quality and customer satisfaction has taken a significant down fall. Now I know where not to shop because times are hard and customers do have choices of where to spend their money. Everyone needs good business.

I have ordered more than once from Ferebe. This is the only place I can get authentic German Nivea. I also love to explore the other items that are from other countries. I hope they will always carry my Nivea.

Both packaging and delivery time have been improved since I first ordered from this company. Great products and some good deals. I will keep shopping here.
