They advertised a 1" binder that won't be available until next year.

Got rid of all my conventional vinyl-covered 3-hole binders that wouldn't stay upright on the shelf. With the Bindertek 2-hole binders, I can also quickly flip through the contents by just bending the page top instead of flipping each page. Expecting to see a revolution in office supplies sweep the country, starting from Belchertown, MA.

Our office ordered some tabs, however it was not explicitly written that we would have to pay 40 dollars in brokerage fees for shipping. I attempted to return the tabs for a refund, however I was told that we had no choice but to accept the UPS shipment and pay the fees, otherwise we would not be issued a refund for the items at all. Due to the fact we did not want to pay for return shipping as well, we accepted the shipment and kept the tabs. I was told due to the miscommunication we would receive a discount code for our next order. However, we received no emails and I received no response to my email thereafter. Due to the rude nature of the customer service representative, our office will not be ordering from this company again.

One of two binders I ordered was severely damaged in shipping. An online chat with a Bindertek customer service representative quickly resolved the problem, with Bindertek working to expeditiously send a replacement binder! Thank You!

The service and product were excellent! We did have a problem with the binders being damaged a little from rubbing together in the box, but they were promptly replaced. The second set had the same problem, but we decided to just keep them. The only thing I would suggest is placing some packing material between the binders so that they don't rub together and get damaged.

My two 2-inch binders and three sets of tabs were all in excellent condition. The binders are sturdy, attractive and easily opened and closed. The tabs are sturdy and easy to read. These products will do much to enhance my business organization.

I called the company to see if I could use a coupon which came up on my email, and the Bindertek phone person was very respectful and accomodating. My product that I ordered as a result of this conversation was shipped carefully and in a timely fashion.
