A mistake was made in the address that the order was to be shipped to. The company went out of their way to get it to us by the time we needed it.

We have used these binders for many years and we continue to purchase them because of their great quality. They are a little on the pricier side but well worth it and are long lasting. Bindertek has recently changed manufacturers and I feel it was a great improvement. The ring mechanism feels stronger and sturdier. We are a project management firm and because we work with different municipals; it is nice we can differentiate our projects by color. The only down side I would say is (from my experience) there tends to be a few damaged binders from transit. The plus side is Bindertek guarantees their binders and will ship out replacements. Oh and what's there not to love about the rings being guaranteed for life!

I ordered a product from this company and paid extra to have it shipped quickly. Was planning to purchase this product for my entire staff once I saw the material. To date, I have not received the product or my money back.

Very accomadating when buying for the first time. The first order of binders I ordered were damaged when they arrived. I called immediately and they replaced all 20 binders. I was very pleased.

Our office has used Bindertek on two occasions. We've been more than satisfied, On one order we received delivery next day. The price point was also exceptional.

We have used Bindertek binders for several years. They are friendly, but the orders are always slow (we are on the West Coast) considering the shipping costs. I placed another order today for some items today, and shipping came to almost $17 for sheet covers. I added additional sheet covers and plastic archive clips and the price remained the same. A few weeks ago, we ordered several of the clearance binders. We were contacted a few days later and informed they were out of stock on some of the sizes, so we ordered the new style of binders at a considerably higher price. We were assured they were the same color, but the dark greys are very different between the old and new binders.

These are regal and huggable binders, beyond the legalese: a joy to see, to open, to carry! More lovable than an i-pad. And only for nerds that love studies and papers and articles of all kinds. Exquisite! Beautiful in quality, color, design and form. Delivery to Canada was expeditious. Would love to see the beautiful Gold binders come back! Keep it up!

Bindertek provides great binders and related organization products. Our law firm is always trying to implement more of the products available because it saves us time and energy, while allowing us to remain organized.

I bought (a lot) of the small, 2-hole binders, in conjunction with (a lot) of the CD sleeves. I was thinking that I could organize some of my digital media storage. Unfortunately, the CD sleeves do not have enough space between the hole and the spot where the CD's fit, so that if you put the CD into the sleeve, put the sleeve into the binder, and try to use the clip to hold it all together, you will be actually clipping down the edge of the CD which sounded like a terrible idea to me. I called and explained and was told that I should not use the clip, if I am putting CD's in the binder. But that just defeats the whole purpose. Now I have a bunch of small, 2-hole binders and CD sleeves that I don't really have a use for.

Discovered that these are difficult to get now but Bindertek has them. Same excellent quality as the ones I used to purchase 15 years ago. These have excellent quality features, including metal hinges on the front and back.

After a bad experience with another source, I was concerned about something another reviewer said about the tabs on the binders I wanted. When I called to ask for specifics, the helpful staff person actually went to the item and took photos which she e-mailed to me. Turned out the review no longer applied and the product was just fine for my purpose. I'm pleased with the binders I got.

I purchased the flush 4 drawer filing cabinet and desktop 5 drawer. They are great cabinets, very sturdy, and I am sure they will last forever. Great service. I had a small issue with one of the cabinets, and I had no problem with returning the cabinet and getting a new cabinet. I received extra special care when I returned the cabinet and was sent a new one. I really appreciate everything Danielle did for us and her prompt response. The binder I purchased ended up being a little larger than I needed, obviously not BinderTek's fault. The quality does seem to be outstanding though, definitely built to last. Shipping price was ludicrous.

These will be very useful for trials that have extensive exhibits.

I was able to find exactly what I needed on Bindertek's website. I am pleased with my product and with my first experience with Bindertek.

I received the binder today. Not happy that the binder already had damage…..Corner torn and broken. For the price ($115.70) I expect a perfect product…not one in used condition. I did email the company back privately and sent a picture of the damage the day I received the binder but have not heard back from anyone yet. Maybe they will make it right....just expected more for the price.

I have been doing business with Bindertex for over 20 years. I have not had much contact with the company because I have no need to contact them about the product. I am still using binders in my law practice that I originally purchased from the company. I recycle the binder from case to case with little or no wear. I was excited to hear the product is improving even more.

The binder rings are very strong but with average use the edges of the covers peel and tatter. It could use a heavy metal or rubber ring to prevent the shredding. Service though was excellent & they were replaced (only to have the same thing happen with the replaced items)
