Their products are great, they always have a variety to choose from. Their prices are a little high for a small business only ordering small quantities.

Minute book didn't have the name of the company on the side nor were the share certificates named!!! I had to write it in = doesn't look professional to the client!

I was looking for a binder not made in China that would stand up to traveling back and forth in my kids' back packs to and from school. Bindertek had all the right colors and sizes and arrived in a flash! The binders are sturdy and beautiful - the kids love them and I'm betting we will use them year after year - a savings and less land fill!

After searching for several weeks for binders with finger holes, I hit on Bindertek binders. They have finger holes in the spine, a feature none of the more well-known companies seem to offer except in 5-inch binders. I ordered 10 Bindertek binders in 2 and 3-inch sizes and am very satisfied with them. This is the only place I will buy binders from now on. I do wish they made a version with a clear plastic front over the cover already provided so I could insert a custom cover on the front. Also, a pocket on the inside, opposite the cover, would be useful. Still, these binders are my favorites. Also, the ring mechanism seems sturdy. Time will tell for that, but so far, so good!

Bindertek provides extraordinary service. It is very refreshing when the more usual experience is subpar service. They go above and beyond in answering questions in a very timely manner. I only wish I could use more of their products!

Kathi at Bindertek was excellent to work with. We needed to get academic year binder tabs shipped (and special ordered) rather quickly. Kathi and Bindertek made it easy to get what we needed. And when the first order didn't arrive right away, she was on the phone with UPS to track it down. When it did arrive, the color on the tabs was runny, so she got on the phone with the manufacturer right away to send a replacement order. It was great to have that level of customer service over the phone!

These binders are decent quality materials, but they're not assembled very well. They seem to be made for one thing: storage. I was hoping to use these for taking notes at college. They lack basic features for this such as internal pockets. I was willing to forego the pockets for better quality, but the quality isn't there. Also, I've had these for a couple of weeks, and one of the rings are already misaligned. I was under the impression they were better quality. I always use the lever to open the rings too, so it's not like it's user error. These binders are way overpriced. Only buy if you're wanting something that looks pretty on a shelf to archive rarely referenced material. Just about any $5 binder will serve you better and last longer with daily use. For the cost of the Bindertek, you would expect better.

I love my binders - they do exactly what I want them to do and they look clean and modern. The green was out of stock so a representative called me to work out the details of getting another color. Excellent customer service. Only one quibble - please get more green binders in stock - I love that color!

I HAVE WRITTEN MY ANCESTRIAL HISTORY, FOUND A ARCHIVAL COMPANY WITH REAL NICE ALBUMS AND SLIPCASES, AT THE TIME OF MY WORK I SPENT ABOUT $200 ON SLIPCASES. UPON TAKING THE HISTORIANS JOB AT OUR CHURCH LAST YEAR, THEY HAD ABOUT 200 YEARS OF MATERIAL WHICH I ORGANIZED. WE COULD NOT AFFORD THE PRICE OF THE COMPANY I USED. THANKFULLY I FOUND BINDERTEK AND WE NOW HAVE OUR COLLECTION PROTECTED FOR MANY, MANY YEARS TO COME. WE CELEBRATED OUR 200TH ANNIVERSARY LAST YEAR, SO WE HAVE A RICH HISTORY TO PRESERVE.

I purchased a 5-tier binder carousel. After paying over $1,900.00, I was absolutely shocked to learn that these products are constructed out of wood particle board. At these prices, I expected a solid, steel construction. Given that Bindertek has cornered the market on this type of product, it seems they are more concerned with their profit margin than creating a high-quality product. Either the price needs to come down or the quality improved. Its just not a good value.To add insult to injury, the shelving and packaging were broken apart upon delivery by UPS. It took days for Bindertek to deliver replacement parts, the parts delivered were incomplete, and then it took days more to finally receive the last of the replacements. Since I needed to get my binders neatly shelved in a small space, I just suffered through the process. In retrospect, I would not have bought the shelving at all and went to another option.

I ordered my binder repair labels and wanted them asap because I was remodeling my office. The delivery was prompt, and i was surprised at the quick turn around. I purchased 100 binders more than 9 years ago. They still look like new, with the exception of a few labels that needed repairs. I am totally happy with the product and the service. I recommend Bindertek to all of my friends and associates in the legal profession.

We bought these to give are files a more professional appeal and it did. Plus the rings in the center make it easy to pull out without messing up the rest of the row.

I was disappointed when I received your binders. I thought they would have been a little nicer and the card that is put on the outside of the binder is ok. I should have at least received 4 or 5 extra to print a title on. Or if there is some way to get a sheet like labels to print on. We spent almost $300 for 14 binders and have no way to label them. Unless I am missing something. They just don't look as nice in person as the are online. I feel a little ripped off. I only gave two stars because, I feel your online store photos are deceptive and the order took almost 2 weeks to receive.

I ordered the wrong hole punch and had to return it. I received a call from customer service asking if I needed a replacement. I explained my situation and she said let me see what I can do. The next thing I know the correct hole punch was delivered to me and it works like a charm! I would have to say the customer service rep I spoke to went beyond her call of duty to help me get what I needed.

Service was excellent and efficient. The variety of products is great and offer great quality for the price. Just what I was looking for!
