I was happy with the service. I received confirmation the day before as promised. The shuttle was on time to pick me up and was a comfortable ride. I do think we should have been advised that we would need to change vehicles at Pukekohe, and that the wait time would be long enough to use the bathroom if we wanted to. Otherwise - good!

I found my experience with this company excellent. They gave me a call to prepare for my pickup time from my home to Auckland Airport. The driver loaded my suitcase and was friendly. Likewise, at the stop outside of the Terminal. I would definitely recommend this company for reliability, courtesy and professionalism.

On arrival in Auckland I did not see Mike so walked over to old spot. Shuttle did not leave from there. I didn't read in the instructions that you had moved. So back to Terminal,met Mike very happy and nice to talk to, he proceeded to take us to the new shuttle stop he did say it was a long walk. No worries there except that had I known I would have immediately got an airport trolley, It was difficult towing my bag etc. Halfway there Mike noticed I was slow so he got a Trolley for me it was much easier then. The journey to Tauranga was very comfortable. What an incredibly interesting and well mannered senior gentleman the other passenger was whose destination was Hamilton. Seemed, Mike had a lot in common with him. I really enjoyed their conversation passed the time. The journey from Tauranga to Auckland airport the same comfortable ride,I never get tired of watching the passing scenery. Felt very safe with the Shuttle driver's impeccable driving skills. I have used Luxury Shuttles for a few years and will continue when needed. I think the cost is very reasonable considering the door to door service. Colleen Lindsay
