The driver was great and professional. 3 stars from me relates to safety. Which was the seat belts. I changed seats 3 times. Each time the seatbelts was very difficult to put on, being extremely tight. In the I sat without a belt on. Just wouldn't budge. And it wasn't just me but another passenger also had the same issue.

Communication was wonderful, very courteous & reliable. I will use the service again.

Not having to drive to and from the Auckland airport. Found Nick a very pleasant person / good driver. Improvements. Found getting out of passport control etc, at 11.00am and having to wait around to 14.00 hrs to get moving a bit of a pain.

Brian, our driver, advised that there was a wait for another flight to arrive and was overdue. We eventually left the airport at approx 2030, and the drive to Katikati took 2 hours. I walked into my villa at 2230. I have no complaints what so ever.

It was great. The took me even though I was booked on a latter shuttle. There fore I got home earlier. Thank you driver very much.

Airport pickup simple & efficient, friendly &helpful. The route the driver took to Tauranga was questionable- seemed a long way, was a rough road, and an unusual convoluted alternative to the motorway.
